I read several good things about ComeOn casino and decided to give them a try.

I lost a little to them over the weekend but decided to play again this morning and turned £310 into £650.

I made a withdrawal request for £600 and documents have been requested by the casino. These have now been sent but I am somewhat disappointed that the documents couldn't be verified immediately. I have been told up to 24 hours.

I think there should be a universal KYC/validation limit amongst online casinos that is set by the licensing authority. For a relatively small withdrawal it's a few hoops to jump through right from the outset.

On a side note, do ComeOn have a rep here?

    Adam.

Hi, tweaked the thread title a bit, from "Rep Friendly" to "Question".

"Rep Friendly" is usually used to signal an existing rep that a thread regarding their casino welcomes and will respect their participation. In other words they won't get beat up for participating and we -- the moderators -- will police the thread to ensure that doesn't happen.

As I'm sure you can see that doesn't really apply here hence the change. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused.

To answer your question, no rep currently listed. You can always check the full list here: Administrators, Moderators, and i-Gaming Reps.

From what I have seen the casino is a decent outfit,

As your from U.K it should not be that difficult to KYC, I do not really know they do there side, But with all the the regs in place I think there should be a time limit on this,

Are they still letting you play? If so than thats wrong, Acount should be on halt to they verify you

    KYC before you deposit!!!

Yet again i have to emphasize this:

KYC before you even make your first deposit!!! This will avoid any delays with withdrawals.

I have always done this ever since i registered the first time with an online casino and never had any waiting times when i eventually made it to a withdrawal!!!

Which is even easier with the ComeOn group (Mobilbet, Folkeautomaten, ComeOn etc) as if I remember correctly they have a document upload system in place under "My Account" at their pages.

And I agree. I picked up that tip here as well some years ago, doing it ever since and it has made some of my days much more hasslefree. :)

I think that is pretty sound advice.

I'm in the UK so KYC/verification should be pretty straightforward. I also use PayPal where possible and have a fully verified account with no limits.

Taking your suggestion of KYC/verification before an initial deposit gives a solid indication of customer service attitudes, response times and procedures. That's certainly worth knowing and having first hand experience of before parting with any cash.

With regard to my original post, I still haven't been paid.

They CANCELLED AND REVERSED my withdrawal request this morning, despite the fact that the documents they requested had already been submitted and were pending verification.

Those documents were verified within an hour of the withdrawal being reversed and I requested it again.

    It's STILL pending. We're talking £600, not £60,000.

Don't agree. I Was a member, but self excluded a while back. Opened a GetLucky account (same group), deposited and lost £150 then had account closed (I did not know that they were related to ComeOn) about a week later due to self exclusion with ComeOn. They have told me they will refund my deposits but I have been getting the run-around for nearly a month now - sending them IBANs and BIC then getting asked for them again as "we cannot refund to credit cards" etc. Sent loads of screen shots and statements but always there is an excuse for them being inadequate. Actually received a mail from their CS last night saying that my case is "still being considered" and essentially warned that I will be waiting a long time for my refunds.
I am not remotely impressed frankly - 1) for allowing my to open and deposit despite being self excluded from the group and 2) for the constant delay tactics over a trivial refund amount.

Serves as a warning when opening new casino accounts because of all of these inter-related casino groups.

When I open a casino account now, I immediately check the UKGC page to identify the other casinos that their license relate to so that I can avoid this nonsense in future. Maybe this advice will prevent someone else from falling into the same trap.

    Hello Everybody,

I had the same experience with the comeon casino. They dont pay the winnings.
I deposit 800 euros and won 3500 euro via sportsbet. I decided to cashout the winnings but the drama beginns now. I send 10 documents but everytime they want more documents. I told my issue to the mga but they told me that they cant help me because the sportsbook is licenced in curacao. The incredible thing is that comeon itself shows the mga Logo on the site. Be careful to the comeon casino. They are cheaters

If your representing / 'repping' for a casino or group of casinos you need to let the moderators of this forum know first so your account on here can be set up correctly.

Best person at this moment in time is Max D as I think Bryan (boss man) is away for now.

Please don't! This person needs to be vetted by Bryan and given official Rep status before anyone should be sending them private information.

@ Mesut Ugur : as you've been told, please don't cross-post (post the same thing in two or more places on our forums). It is a violation of the Posting Rules. I've deleted your duplicate message.

    ComeOn Casino: Enlight1.jpg,Oct 12, 2016

Than i researched about the laws of Curaçao and i found this....

    ComeOn Casino: IMG_4651.jpg,Oct 12, 2016

Now I was sure that I was deceived. From now on I only play with my bookmakers in my city. Since I get my money safe and instantly. Without asking for documents about the color of the pants of my grandmother.

Mezut i would suggest to be patient. The ComeOn rep registered here and is just waiting to be allowed to post. You will see that when his username color changes.

And hold back with your accusations until you know it 100%. No use throwing expletive words around the forum.

Many good casinos are licensed Curacao, so that is not a given that all are rogue just because of the license.

I am sure the rep will investigate your case once he is allowed by CasinoMeister.

    .

ComeOn has been a reputable operator for years. Hardly any complaints. They were recently also acquired by Cherry - a large publicly traded Swedish company that also owns EuroSlots, Cherry and other brands.

As for their license - ComeOn Casino is licensed by the mga, which is why they correctly show the mga logo on their site:

You must register/login in order to see the link.

As the mga rep told you - their sportsbook is licensed in Curacao.

All regulated online operators are required to verify the identity of players and occasionally this can take some time.

I am sure the newly registered rep for ComeOn will assist you as soon as Bryan has approved him as an official rep.
