Non-Bonus Complaint Comeon casino has still not prosessed my withdrawal

Dear casinomeister,

I started playing at come on casino for about 2 weeks ago in order to try my luck and win some money. I love how the casino is constructed and with the netent games and norwegian chat it was a winner for me.
I tried my luck by making several deposit in total 10k dollars. After long time with bad luck i suddenly startet winning big in live roullette. I won a very substansial amount in the end and decided to make a withdrawal 23.12.2013.

When i tried to make a withdrawal i noticed the 48hour prossesing time due to christmas And low workpower. After withdrawal i had to send the obligatory copy of my documents, front and backside of my creditcard and verification og my adress. Everything went well and the documents got confirmed.

My complaint:
Comeon casino has still not prossesed my withdrawal after 7 days. It all begin with live chat keep telling my that they have low workpower in the economic team for 6 days and today they told me that netent has to confirm my winnings before they can send the money.

Frist of all if the prossesing time takes more than 48 hours the company should inform the player by mail or write the info on the webpage. For me to wait so long for my money mark without bonus its pretty breathtaking. Withdrawal rule in comeon casino in this date is sadly nothing but unfair advertisment. I cant find any players who has not got there money from comeon casino so i just hope it will be prosessed soon.

I do not think that Comeon Casino has a rep on this forum, so your only alternative is to file a complaint.

However it is Christmas and everything, so I still think you should wait a few more days. A lot of managers are taking some days off these days and it has only been one ordinary business day since you asked for a withdrawal. If it is a very big win, then I assume that it may need to be approved by the casino manager.

Christmas or not. 7 days is obviously not very impressive.

Might be worth checking that there are no messages in the portal where you uploaded your documents. I had a similar issue and discovered that one of my docs hadn't been accepted and they had been waiting for me to do something. I was annoyed that they hadn't proactively contacted me via email to let me know. But once I'd uploaded the doc my withdrawal was processed within the next 48 hours.
