Codeta!! Scam of a business

    I deposited money on this online gaming site....... I won $3000 Aus dollars as from Australia , so I then withdrew my funds and now every excuse has been given to me under the sun to not pay my money!!! First wanting every single information about me varification fair enough... I have given it . Now 4 days later still waiting to hear back from them been given the same excuse everyday that we have been busy and waiting for the security team to varification them they will get back to me!!!!! Guess what no response and when I speak to them every single person has the same response / excuse.

    Can anyone help in any way

    Welcome to the forum, Mizzo. But before going off the rails with a casino complaint, it is always good to read a forum's rules when making a complaint.

    Number - be tactful and polite. This is not just proper forum etiquette, it's expected. If you had read the rules when signing up here, you would have known about it. Codeta casino has an active rep here, calling their business a scam because you are having a verification problem is not the best first step to take with them.

    I am sure all will be good. As every matrix casino they are trusted as well. I made couple of withdrawals.

    However they did tell me that verification takes up to 48 hours, but mine took almost 5 business days and then after that 24 hours and money in E-wallet.

    So relax, I am sure the money will come.
