Chartwell Technology has been in the business for some time as a turnkey pprovider and is a Canadian publicly listed company with sales offices in the UK and a strong European oriented business plan. They boast a TST software and RNG certification. It powers a good range of casinos including some belonging to Victor Chandler I believe.
However - note that in the past, if a player runs into problems at one of its licensee casinos Chartwell has maintained a strictly hands off attitude and has either ignored or refused to get involved. A serious strategic mistake on the part of its management imo.
Club World looks OK so far and handles its financial options via eComm Services Limited in the UK. It has around 40 games including some progressives, and I think offers both download and no-download play. Not sure who the operators are.
I agree with the others who posted positive experiences with CWC. They also have a single deck blackjack game that is allowed under the bonus rules. Nice high roller bonus, and generous reload bonus offers.
i made a deposit of 200 $ and i got a bonus of 250 $. As the bonus ist not cashable i decided to play with 50 $ a hand blackjack for some rounds.
I played only 13 or 14 hands and i won one of it.
All in all i have no more money there.
