    Hey there!

    Everyone has their own favorite casino. I like Club World Casino. Now we all win and mostly lose at all the casinos... and RTG has had some scary stories about changing payouts... but I love Club World Casino and it isn't because of the winning, losing, or the games.

    Like I said... All casinos have winning, losing, and games. But Club World Casino has the friendliest staff around. Dan, Chris, Jenny, Domika (sp), Zhen.. and anyone else I may have forgotten over there. When I have questions, not only do they answer my questions.... but they ask how life in general is doing. Believe it or not... but I get better customer service from Club World Casino than I do from my bank and local grocery store.

    Way to go guys. Yeah I have lost enough to buy one of you a nice *USED* car! LOL... but I have also had my account well over $4000 several times.

    I just got back from taking a break from there. I love this casino but for awhile the payouts were just horrific. I do agree and have said many times on this forum that CWC has the friendliest CS out there with no doubt.

    I was paid by CW via ACH within 6 days of my first cashout request (9/1), which included a weekend and an extra day to send in my docs......

    My 2nd withdrawal request (9/6) is going much faster. I expect it to hit my bank within 4 days this time, also including the weekend......


    Also, I won both times while using a bonus. They never once tried to hold up my WD for an "investigation" for bonus abuse, like so many other RTG's will do.

    Also note that they claim the bonus is "sticky", but they paid it out as well.

    Ironically enough, I joined club world casino only a few days ago and many of you will know that in recent times i have slated RTG casinos as being unfair and unreliable. Im a member of 3 RTG casinos, ( 4 counting clubworld), and after countless deposits never was I in a position to be able to cash out any form of sizeable win. Clubworld is the first RTG casino ive played at where not only am i nicely up, i managered to complete the wager requirement and still remain nicely up. I also second the incredibly friendly customer service who contacted me moments after signing up to wish me well. Wtg Clubworld, you pass where your competitors fail :thumbsup:

    I forgot to mention the fact that I agree with everyone about their CS. Top notch organization!

    CW has my vote for "Best RTG casino of 2007".

    agreed. with all the hype recently i decided to give them a try today. i contacted support since i remember registering there long ago. just wanted to make sure i didnt create 2 accounts. i always double check. well, glad i did. i was told i had 7 accounts! obviously a mistake. chris helped me sort it out. somone with the same name had a bunch of accounts with different email addys i guess. he sorted it out and assured me all is good to go. all this in about 10 minutes. great job. now i hope i can find time to play a little tonight. i am supposed to meet a few people at halftime of the rutgers game at the stadium tonight for some charity work. they have my check. i hope they dont hold their breath on me driving all the way down there!

    I have only had one problem at this Casino, but Management took care of it immediately!.

    I have to say that if it had been any other casino, I would have been out of luck.

    I rate them number 1 for RTG casinos

    Despite the fact that most times I can't get any playing time with my deposits, Club World is by far the best casino I've had the pleasure to play at.
    The customer support is top notch and lets hope it continues to stay that way.
    They are always friendly with me and take the time to have a little conversation no matter how busy they get. They truly do seem to try and please their customers as best they can.
    I have never had the pleasure of cashing out or getting my balance up over $100(except the Royal Flush one time for $200) but I'm sure my day will come :p
    Keep up the good work Club World folks and remember when I hit the big one I don't want any problems cashing out :D
    They would get my vote for best RTG casino of 2007!!!

    Yes, CW certainly have one of the best customer service in the industry. I had once a payout problem, but they fixed it within 24 hours.

    I think you're mistaking Club World for "Club Player" casino... that is the one that is "ROGUED"... along with the rest of the Virtual Group.

    Please excuse the clich:, but the difference is like night and day. Also don't forget that Club World Casino was the recipient of Casinomeister's "Best New Casino" of 2006. Looks like they have continued to be doing a good job.

    I am not sure about ALL the staff being top notch.
    Recently this "lauren" took over sending out the daily promos, and it is chaos:confused:

    YESTERDAY - I was sent the welcome bonus of $750 promo to the E-mail they have for me because I have an account there:confused::confused:

    TODAY - I was sent the Monday mystery coupons for ALL THREE casinos, but I only have an account at Club USA. "Lauren" sometimes does this, but other days gets it right.

    LASTLY, clicking on "Details" goes to T & C from a different promotion some days back, and it is impossible to look up the correct matching terms:confused::mad:

    RESULT - I don't deposit unless the T & C match the E-mail offer, which so far has meant not for the last fortnight or so.

    BUT - Boy, don't they pay FAST!!!!!!!:D {When there is a blue moon, and there is something to pay}

    Don't ever use a Club World Coupon that is emailed to you. Just get on live chat and politely ask for a 75% - 100% match bonus. It will be 15X with no max cash out! I can't vouch they will do it for everyone... but every time I ask... they hook me up!

    FWIW:

    Your username and password work for any one of their properties. As a matter of fact, I'm only a member of clubword. I just downloaded the installer for ClubUSA, and instead of trying to install, it simply started clubworld's casino. :confused:


    Why they are offering a SUB for these other properties when you're already a member of one is beyond me....I'm sure you can't claim multiple SUB's for this group...This is also another "white label" issue. Club World's website is the exact same as Club USA's. The only difference is the names.


    I agree about the payouts. I usually WD via ACH, but used ewalletexpress this time. Not counting the weekend (ewalletexpress' fault, not CW), I was paid in ONE DAY!

    I finally received the ACH for my 9/6 WD today....7 days from request (5 business days)...Not sure if it was my banks fault for holding it up, or their processor. Either way, it beats the hell out of most other places that will only send you a check if you're in the USA.

    I didn't notice that ewalletexpress charges TEN PERCENT to WD your money from them to your bank, until it was too late. This is ABSURD. Needless to say I just that WD for more playing ;)

    I made my first deposit there today, I like the games, they seem to payout pretty well.

    How the heck can you win with a bonus??? I cannot for the life of me even come close!!!

    I just played all day and still had $1,200 playthrough left :eek:
