Well that did not last long, back to slow. All boxes in above step are still unchecked as well. Hate windows 8.

Try Windows 8.1 -- it works better for me.

Hi All,

We are still investigating the problems you reported. There is another tip you may want to try to make it work:

• Click Start, type Internet Options in the Start Search box, and then click Internet Options in the Programs list.
  
• Click the Security tab, and then click Trusted Sites in the Select a zone to view or change security settings area.
  
• Click to clear the Enabled Protected Mode (requires restarting Internet Explorer) check box, and then click OK.

I hope this will help you to run the program smoothly and connect with no problems.

Holy cra*.....Its been about 3 weeks since I've been able to login to CWC. Tried it tonite and bingo, opens right up. Hope it lasts without the login problems again. I worked with clubworld checking all sorts of things on my computer and it still wouldn't work for me. Maybe it was a problem on their end but who cares. I logged in and I can play their again.

Well, I am playing at Club World right now and it is so slow spinning! Every game!

Takes a while to lose your money but takes the fun out of winning too.......

I have tried 3 games so far........ all very very slow spinning.

Yes, I am quoting myself.

Trying to play and the spins are ridiculously slow.

It REALLY takes the fun out of it.

Before, with Lucky Red, I have logged out and back in and it seems to help.

Was wondering the other day if anything came of this,lol.

I have a hp laptop, So I have to go into the hp support assistant and run windows update and leave that screen up and the reels spin as normal.

I am on a pretty new HP desktop. I never had this problem on the old one.

Once they told me to un-install and re- install.

Really don't want to do that.

Right now my money is there, I just don't feel like messing with it tonight.

On my computer all RTG's run slow unless I have some sort of video running, like from a free video site or Netflix. I just have whatever I want to watch on one side of the monitor and the casino on the other. If I'm in the mood to just play I pull up msn.com and position the casino over the scrolling photo headline thingy.

I have the same slow run, unless i am playing 2 casinos at once . I really thought it was just my PC .

New issue somewhat......

Everytime I try to load a game it goes back to the lobby, really bad on Alladin's gold but same thing on the actual club world casino as well.

I waited over night and the next morning it was much better.

I even managed a small cash out.

I haven't tried it again so I don't know what it is doing today.

As far as my withdrawal, I am surprised I haven't heard anything from support yet. I usually do the next day.

I'm sorry to hear that some of you are experiencing some connection issues. I checked all casinos on our side and couldn't reproduce any mentioned problems.

In order for us to investigate it further please send me PM with your specific machine information, browser used to download the casino, flash player version and brief problem description ( screenshots if possible).

I will check and see how we can fix it.

This worked for me as well............ strange.

I opened a browser and the slot spins immediately picked up speed.
