This Rival casino either has very incompetent staff or it is rogue. I deposited $25 with no bonuses two days ago and withdrew $49. I just received an email stating that they reversed this amount back to my account as I had requested for this to be done. I wrote back to them and denied making such a request and they replied that the deposit needs to be wagered at least once. Well, my first bet was a $25 bet at paigow poker so this excuse does not hold water.

I then contacted live chat who gave me the same explanation but after refuting they then told me that accounting staff had to review the case but could not give me a time frame as to when they could do this as they had other reviews to be conducted. It was further mentioned that the accounting staff would also look into whether paigow poker was a game whether wagering would count.

Actually, I would count all this as roguish behavior if the amount in question was not so small. I have played at numerous Rival casinos and you can reverse the withdrawal at the cashier under reversible withdrawals. If the pending period has passed you can also make a request and this can be done. However, I did none of these and there are putting up excuse one by one to cover up the previous one. I will keep you guys informed of the progress.

As you say the fact that the amount is so small makes you wonder if this is just incompetence but alarm bells must be ringing all the same.
Did they used to be RTG?

They just wrote back to me and said that they now realise that I had wagered my deposit once. They also apologised and flushed my withdrawal. Nevertheless, the reversal back to my account was a conscious decision and the original reason was that I had made the request only to be followed by the 1x wagering requirement. I wouldnt advise anyone to go near this Rival.

Hi chuchu, i am waiting for a withdrawal from this casino, that had been processing since the 23 this month, they say it the second business day, and it takes 2-5 business days, i hate the weekend its official.

They upgrade my account to bronze status the other week, and said that if i make one deposit a week off $50, i would receive a $25nd on sunday, which is on going.

I will add that in the past when they have promised me a free bonus, it has nether been credited to my account, i allways have to send a email and ask for it, just like this week to.

Hope you get your cashout soon, there deposit bonuses are crap basicly as you cannot cashout the bonus part, but there no deposit bonuses are pretty good my $25 nd i think came with 50x max cashout, no minimum cash out but bonus part cannot be cashed out.

When I took the 300% bonus with a $25 deposit I knew I was going to lose it all unless I had a monster hit. With the WRs difficult to meet, the bonus being phantom, the min cashout requirement and only slot play being allowed, what would you expect. It's just that I wanted to try out Baby Boomers, Gold Gobblers and a couple of others in real play.

I took a bonus on Sunday at Slotocash, made a cashout and the money was in my ecocard account several hours ago. So go figure who are the better Rivals.

The excuses for reversing the money back to the casino account without my request or authorisation are pure shit. I wont be going back and I hope that other players do tread carefully with this one.
