I just registered today, redeemed it's slot coupon ($55). After playing an hour I noticed my playthrough doesn't change, staying at $1,051.31, comp 0.2936. Called them, while offering no useful explanation except repeatedly asking me to read their rules--which I did before I register, the woman who asked phone didn't even answer the basic questions as to what that comp points mean and why playthrough doesn't change. She simply asked me to logout and log back in then hang up on me. After I logged back in, $88.36 in my account was gone, it's 0 now. Called back, same woman told me my account was closed and offered no explanation and hang up on me again.
