I haven't heard anything about clubplayer in a very long time.

Did I miss something or have they been good and clean?

They're sister to Palace Of Chance. They dicked me around on a cashout years ago, a result of email terms not matching the fine print at the bottom of the T & C page. Never cashed out at POC myself, but I've heard nothing but bad things from people who DID play there - uncorroboratable, unfortunately.

POC recently took over Blast21. Three yeas ago, Blast21 ran that "V Day" promo which left a packet of legitimate winners (verifiable in this case) unpaid. When the old management quit and POC were approached regarding settlement, apparently all the details were gone and the players were screwed.

Hope that's of some use in deciding whether or not to set up the ole' affy account.

Another example of the increasingly common "old owner - new owner" casino scam, most recently showcased by Royal Dutch's treatment of a player - it's on another thread here.
