Be Aware Club4Aces won't discuss player cases

While attempting to process a recent PAB it came to light that Club4Aces is not willing to discuss player cases with us or any other third party. As such Club4Aces is off limits for PABs ("No Can Do") and per the casino's instructions players will have to rely on Malta for complaint arbitration:

As part of targeting new markets 24hPoker.com has acquired all the operations of Club4Aces.com. Starting from 27th October all the players from C4A will be moved to 24hPoker.com

In the coming days I'll be contacting 24hPoker.com for a statement regarding their position on player issues.
