Bonus Complaint Club Worlds policy on cancelled w/d

In then end casinos can choose to give or not give free chips.

/end thread :eek2:

I have never heard of NOT using a deposit bonus only to turn around and ask for a freebie after you deposit. The bank pages even state, request your coupon prior to your deposit. I can see where this would get on the casinos nerves.

Also, CWC has never let a player re-deposit a pending withdrawal as a "new" deposit.

I have been a player there for years and this is the first I have ever heard of anything like it.

Maybe this player is a "whale" and gets special treatment. I don't know. But, if I had been able to do that for so long, I'd take what I had gotten for so long and be happy with what I got.

At Club World, I never, well almost never use a deposit bonus because I play the tournaments and until you have met wagering, you cannot use any funds for that. I do, however use them at their sister sites.

Or, the player could be losing all the time. I have heard, if you lose a lot, they are more generous with the freebies. I get a freebie from Club World every so often, when I haven't played for about a week. But, not very often. Probably because I am there every day. So, when I am not...... out comes the bonus. But, I don't expect them from CWC mainly because I am way ahead at their site from winning well over $12,000 in 2011.

Just my 2c

copy and pasted quotes from all over the internet

I feel this post has really been a derail, I feel as if I am the Marketing rep for Club World now, which was not my intent. They will probably get more business from these posts. GRRRRR!!!!

This was part and parcel to my EXPECTED weekly play at the Club World casinos, never ever thought of it as something special, begging for a freechip, getting something for nothing.

I read first posts like the ones below and Guess what, they do give you a freechip after a deposit, nothing special. Just like ppl taking a deposit and playing with a bonus.

This is something that was already at Club World and their casinos, I did not create it, invent it and the custs who do not get it, and are shocked are players that don't play regularly, obviously.

Many casinos have incentives for their loyal players, why would anyone not take part in it, either you don't qualify or as previously stated I have not played there in a long time. well then

RTG-Club World Almost everytime I would call them and ask for a free chip/no deposit bonus, they would give me one- and Ive tried to ask for ...

Part of the Club World Casino Group, High Noon has a great reputation for ... will many times even credit your account with free chips without you even asking!

MY POINT IS I would have had 7 freechips or more to play with and I rec'd one, and no more after in my eyes was a DEPOSIT of over $1000.

Because it is not in writing, why would I know this, or even think it. Of course for those not in the US you get your w/d instantly to yr e-wallets and deposit it back right away.

Slotocash does the same thing ppl and so do alot of casinos, be a regular depositing player (who does not take a bonus) and see. I guess this is rare though, before this post I honestly did not think so.

The dichotomy of this is I am surprised that ppl would take bonuses before you play, then you could not play in the contests or get the $50 cashbacks monthly from club world and alot of rtg casinos, alot of reasons not to take a bonus with your play. Even better if you win a Random it is all yours which I have 3 times.

So lets forget the free chips because that's really a matter of opinion and ours obviously differs.

If a player asks to reverse a withdrawal that is entirely the players prerogative. If a casino is willing to put "deposit" bonuses on withdrawal reversals that's a little too close to enticing the reversal, in my opinion. If a casino offers a bonus to reverse a withdrawal, it is considered enticement. I think even if the casino doesn't actually offer the bonus but does make it policy it's really sitting on the line between the two.

Personally, I'd rather see people take money out of the casino rather than dump it back in knowing they'll qualify for a bonus if they do.

As for withdrawal reversals not counting as deposits not being "in writing," thinking that they did is just an assumption you made. (Incorrectly, I might add.) If it's not in writing that they do and not in writing that they don't the smart thing to do would have been to ask. You didn't ask and you found out the hard way. I guess the lesson is not to take any term or condition for granted regardless of what other casinos do. If you can't find it in writing, ask.

FWIW, at least at inetbet, the monthly cashback formula is:

Deposits - (withdrawals+bonuses) * 10%

So if you deposited $600 in a month, and received $500 in bonuses, you would get $10. If you made a cashout, you would get nothing.
