Hi all,

Just wanting a few thoughts on one of their policies.

They wont close an account via chat or phone.

Live chat is generally friendly but they seem to have 0 rights to do anything at all.

I suppose they want it in writing. I understand that.
They probably want someone to find out why you would like it to be closed.
To be able to do better if you have had a bad experience with them.
For future protection, both for you and themselves.

I agree with this, but live chat is in writing. ;) Maybe the particular live chat person you were talking to didn't have the authority to close an account? Just a thought.


Why not just shoot them off an email, it only takes seconds.
 
I have requested account closure from other casinos/software and had to send it in email form, not thru chat.

So it's not all that unusual.
 
I was a regular daily depositer at an accredited MG casino awhile back- lost thousands there- and never really complained..

I had a nasty nasty run for a few days, so I opened chat, asked for some chips, they said not a chance- I then said "Ok well if you can't even give me a few, then just close my account then"- and they instantly said "certainly"-
the next thing you know, I was booted off the site

all for the best- Because of that day, I found Meister, which led me to 32red-
and haven't missed those bastards once! (except for that time I hit 5 scatters on IR)
