Club world playthrough

Last nite i made a deposit at clubworld didnt last me long took their thurs bonus with it. This am i thought i might try again but when i went into cashier i still
have a 343 dollar playthrough left now i never noticed this before has anyone else. My play balance is 0
 
took a few min but i did get a hold of live chat they stated its a tech error.
I was a lil worried as this am i first had probs logging into casino then couldnt get into their live chat and wasnt real sure about playthrough i never noticed that before that it stayed along with your next deposit. But not the case live support cleared the matter up for me right away.

....mine did the same and it may still be that way this morning, but glad you made them aware of it:)....laurie
 
Happened to me at CW and INetbet. Looks like their new update screwed this up for them. INetbet really needs to fix it ASAP because I was going to make my 2nd deposit last night but didn't because of the error and I didn't want to wait the time it would take to send an email and then wait to hear back. I suppose other people are going to go elsewhere because of a lack of chat access. Then add in the possiblity that they might not even see the playthru amount in there. They are going to have some unhappy customers if the coupons they are trying to use don't work because of it.

Also at CW......I waited 15 min. on chat and gave up, the 2nd time, I waited about that long before it was fixed. :eek:
 
Dont worry folks. With regards to playthrough with a new deposit and a nil balance both Inet and CW wont use this as an excuse to increase your WRs.

I may be wrong but I don't think that you can claim a 2nd bonus with playthrough showing.
 
In my experience emails responses take a few hours.

Then i must be a lucky men, because my last three emails was answered always within 10 minutes and i told them also, that my playthrough should be set to zero, because i haven't any balance in my account and this was also done within 15 minutes!

That is great and to be fair, it's been a few months since my experience of a few hours. Sounds like they have improved their email response time. :thumbsup:

Maybe it depends on the time, on which you send the email to them?

Or i was really always lucky, because within the last 2 years i've always experienced their fast email response and the longest one have taken 1 hour.
 
Live chat is norm only a few min and they solved the issue right away. When i first tried to use live chat wasnt working and i couldnt even log back into casino
then few min later everything was up and working fine.

Havent tried that as I always zero out before claiming a bonus. If players cannot claim a second bonus because the playthrough still shows or worse having a playthrough even when you dont take a bonus who is going to deposit?
 
i took a bonus at inet and lost out before i could make the wagering requirements and then turned right around and claimed another bonus and didnt win and then i just put my own money in and noticed that i still had a play thru balance. i emailed inet and promptly they replied and told me it would be cleared and it would have nothing to do with my new dep . i was able to make seveal dep and i still had a play thru. but they did clear it and i wasnt worried.
 
I agree not having a live chat @ INET BET is annoying - Problems like this keep you from depositing. I still have a play through of 1400.00 and a 0 balance. I have sent an email and still no response. Oh well they lost my money to another casino:eek:
 
ongoing problem

There seems to be an ongoing playthrough problem for the past couple weeks or so at Club World. I hadn't had any problems like this before. What it's doing is preventing me from redeeming a new coupon even though my account balance and playthrough balance shows zero in the cashier. My only option is to contact CS and manually have my playthrough cleared on their systems.

I'm told it's an unresolved "software update," but I don't understand why it's taking so long. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
 
The playthrough problem I mentioned yesterday seems to be fixed now.
