I posted earlier about CW being very slow in getting my payout to me. Complained about them not tracing the payment.. giving me multiple answers to my questions pertaining to when I would be seeing my payout which was approved July 17th. I can't find my original post, so please forgive me for starting a new one.:confused:
Well, today I received an answer which came as no surprise. CW was NOT at fault altogether. Seems "some" banks in the US are putting a stop to the ACH and wire transfers. Yep, that's what happened only the processor (after charging my account) didn't make haste in letting CW know. After a second attempt (2nd charge to my account) CW was notified the my bank stated that account was closed. hehehe Well it wasn't closed, but the card I used had been canceled and a new card issued due to a "possible fraud issue"
I just cashed out again, using a different method of payment and look forward to receiving my money! Just wanted to let everyone know, that Club World is still in the running for top casino in my world. Hopefully things will turn around for US players (yeh I know, I'm dreaming). :rolleyes:

I agree its redemption for them but they still communicate poorly with their players so I cannot see from your experience how they suddenly changed to being the best casino in the world.

I didn't say they were the best in the world. I said they were still in the running for the top casino in my world. And btw, my world is probably much smaller than your world. :)

I dont understand why you are so riled up. I opined as I did because you shifted your stance full circle though I couldnt see Club World doing something extraordinary and though they were not at fault they should not have allowed the situation to deteriorate as it had so it is surprising that even when they are doing something they are supposed to do they are deemed outta the world. As I stated in my earlier post they may have redeemed themselves on this issue but that does not exactly render them 'saints'.

Club World Casino group has always paid me. That is not the issue. Their pending period fluctuates from 24 hours to 5 days or more. They have processor issues from time to time and payment delays arise. They do NOT communicate well with their customers when there is an issue. None of this is NEW news. Same story for months and months now.

I can only talk about my last two experiances which have been over the last two weeks with CWC but so far they have been great with me.

First Widthdrawal - Requested $1500.00 on saturday (Paid into Neteller- 09.30am Monday)

Second Widthdrawal (Part of my Big Win) requested $4000 14th Aug (Eve) and its been paid today via MoneyBookers.

Been speaking with Tom their rep on here via PM and to be honest he's bent over backwards for me and has even managed to up my widthdrawal limit next week so I can get my funds quicker.

Roy from there support team (Live Chat) has also been great (had a good chat with him)

Like I said I cannot comment on past experiances as I havent had any with this casino, but from the service I've had so far I couldn't fault them..

..and they will continue to be great with you (at least if you don't win too much), for the simple reason that you live on the right side of the world.
If you had been from USA you would have had to suffer the same as the others.
It's just the way it is right now.

When it comes to communications some seems to be treated different than others, but why I have no clue.

I won again at CWC....cashed out with courier check for $2500, on Saturday and it has been approved and not available to be reversed!:thumbsup:...cashed out a furthur $300 to Mypaylinq...already there in my MPL account!:thumbsup:...the only remaining pending amount is for $200 to Pay My Card...still there in my withdrawel and not processed as of yet...

you said the truth about club world. for usa players, there time periods are all over the place, always taking longer and longer to get that money. i had a check withdraw recently take 10 long days to get to my door.

i have a post in the payment processor section regarding my current check withdraw marathon. today is the 22nd day and counting, and still no check.

you will get paid. when to expect it, i guess only god knows that. if your in the usa, expect to be waiting for your checks with a minumum of 10 days to who knows?
