Club World Payment Delay

Hello all - in the past I've always received checks quickly (within a week) from Club World. I'm now into about 3 weeks due to what they attribute to an error with their check processor. Anything I can do? Should I be worried?

Why would you still be accepting checks with all the issues many casnos have?

Waiting too...

I am also waiting...but for a payout to my debit card. Very small payout

since last week...They said it was paid but now after a few emails I sent

inquiring..they said 2-3 more days this week....:confused:

I'm sorry to say that there is slight delay with some recent cash outs. We are on top of things and all should be resolved this week. All customers affected were contacted and notified as well.

Please send me PM and I will check they payments on individual basis.

As you know we are doing our best to approve cash outs in 24-48 business hours and 99% of time customer will receive payment up to 5 business days. Unfortunately sometimes things are out of our hands.

I can assure all of you that the withdrawals will clear soon and guarantee the funds will be credited to the accounts.

If any of you will have further questions please send me a message.

Just a note of thanks, for coming on board and respondng. We, as players, are always antsy when it comes to our withdrawals and it is always appreciated when a casino rep lets us know what is happening on the back end when there is a slight delay in receiving those funds. I do not know how to express how much your honesty and updates are so appreciated. Thank you!

We are trying to be upfront with any similar issues as we do understand how frustrating this could be for the customer. Usually cashier is communicating such things via email and we often have conversation with customers on one to one basis whenever required.

Just came on here and saw this thread. I too have been waiting and tonight when I logged into my account my withdrawal was back in my account! I called CS and they said they can no longer send checks and that I had to choose the CardForce option. I asked how long it would take and she said that it would be approved in the next few days THEN it would take 5 days to reach my debit card. I am confused about this option and asked since it was paying my debit card wouldn't it go right into my bank and why was that different than a bank transfer. I didn't really understand the answer but I did it.

I just recently went back to playing at Club World and have had some success. Always got a check but it took a long time. Some of the comments have said we shouldn't be requesting checks so what is the best way to get your payouts? Did I choose wisely?

My first choice is the card pay (back to card). Second is wire.I avoid checks as much as possible. Last option is WU.

I think they refer to bank transfer as a wire. They would need a bank account # and routing # to do such. Card force or pay my card is credit right to your credit card, so if the card you use is a debit card it obviously reflects in your back account that is linked to debit card.

Yes indeed Pay my card or card force is the way to go.

I thought it had to be linked to a main bank acct for it to work?

The card you use MUST have been used in the casino at least once, to get it registered and verified. Once that is done, you can deposit with it always or use pasteandpay to deposit.

Then use paymycard and the withdrawal method.

Best to contact the casino directly in private for these types of questions. Spell it all out here and it will soon disappear.
 
Hi All,

Just to confirm any card withdrawals need to be processed to regular banking card (credit/debit). We are unable to make payment to a pre-paid cards.

Just to keep you updated.

Pay out processing is back to normal you shouldn't experience any delays. Cheque option is also back in cashier ready to use.

I do apologize about the recent delays but we did all we could to make sure all payments cleared promptly.

Back to normal?

It has been my experience that over the last 5 years this casino group has had payment delays, back to normal, payment delays and again back to normal for a short time period. Yet they are still accredited on many casino forum websites. I find them no better than the Rushmore group of casinos. Also, there are very few U.S. Player casinos that are even worth playing at this time. Most have low payouts, poor bonuses with too many bonus rules and withdrawl rules. And, the only casinos I have actually deposited with and won and been paid by are often listed as Rouged, not sure why.

I have basically stopped depositing and playing at any casino. There are no longer any real perks or vip rewards such as the flowers, turkeys, gifts I use to receive. In my opinion, it is over for U.S. Players. They still take our money but have taken away our incentives to play.

For those that are still in the "red", quit playing, save your money and spend it on something else you want. If you crave playing games and want to win cash, I suggest playing skill games. Far less expensive, more play time and a chance to win more than you deposit.

Plus quick payout of your winnings if you request them.

As we all know payment delays can happen due to nature of the business. We have been pretty stable with cash out times in past year, the latest delay was the biggest one in that time frame.
