Hello all... I need some advice. I used to play at Club World casinos (High Noon/ Buzzluck/ CWC/ Lucky Red) and stopped because I had an issue with my bank depositing the Canadian check CWC sent as a payout. Since then, I almost exclusively play JPC casinos (Lucky Club/ GV/ Slotastic) because they pay via WU. I feel like my luck is terrible at JPC's compared to how I used to do at CWC's. I'm sure that it is all in my head, but I also see way more screenshots of CWC wins.

That leads to my two questions:

1. Which do you like better, JPC Casinos or CWC's?
2. Those of you (in the US) that play at CWC, how do you withdraw?

(Yes, i know... "whats a withdraw"?) LOL

P.S. I deposit with a NEtspend (prepaid) card, So pay-my-card is also not an option.

Hi cappync,

As per what you described you can still use courier cheque but try to cash it in some cash in place if possible or alternatively we also offer direct bank transfer (US wire).

If you have any question you are more than welcome to send me PM.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

HI Karolina I live in Chicago. Major USA city. There is only one bank here that will take a Canadian check and the hold time before I can use any funds is any where from 60 to 90 days. There is no other place to cash checks. Currency exchanges and other places refuse to take them. This is why many of us do not go for that option. As far as bank transfer, USA needs swift code. My credit union does not use one. So if we don't have a swift code that option is null and void as well. Hope this helps explain why some USA players look for particular withdrawal options.

checks

I use PayMyCard at both. In the past I have received many Canadian Checks and have had no problem depositing them and getting money from teller (Wells Fargo). Don't know about other banks. Good luck wherever you play.

It is getting to the point where as an American player, you have to factor in withdrawal options before even deciding to open an account/download. In most other places (the UK, Germany, etc.), you have a range of options, most free.

no kidding! Chicago does not have a JP MORGAN CHASE or TD BANK? Usually clears in ONE day
However , for checks ovwer a grand I would take WesternUnion just ib case you get a bounced check and you have already used the funds( HAppoened twice in 10 years to me) And to make matters worse sometimes its 2 weeks later you are told of "returned checks
Normal reason is processor went out of business
JPGroup however makes good and also return associated fees
Havent xaches out there however in a longggggggggggggg longgggggggggggggg longggggggggggggggg TIME!
Good luck all!

Hi All,

Thank you for your comments is much appreciated. I can see where you coming from, it is though for us as well to offer any other services for US customers.

We do offer 4 different cash out options for US specific customer. I do believe that at least one will suit the player if they will request the cash out.

As far as I remember we did have other options available in the past but they didn't last long so we are using the ones which are solid and reliable.

I know that it may be an extra step but anyone can open bank account with swift code and have card issued linked to this account etc.

I hope that one day we can change it and all of yours cash out experience will be much much easier than it is right now.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

Bitcoin!

Hi dougmanct,

We had few CM threads in regards to Bitcoins I read them all then out of interest checked the whole history behind it. From my perspective players are not too keen to use any 3rd party payments. I would rather stick to 'old school' reliable options than be exposed to some risk.

However this is only my private opinion ;)

Kind Regards,
Karolina

I play at CWC exclusively. I only use PayMyCard and CardForce. If you need a "regular" visa card and don't have one just open a checking account someplace and deposit a little play money in there. Get your card verified, etc., use it to deposit and you're good to go. You can put your money right back into that checking account. I usually have payment within 3-4 days which for US isn't bad.

CWC Payout

I always use Pay My Card at CWC. I like that it goes straight to my bank account.
No problems on either end.
It usually takes about 3-5 business days. But I can always count on it.:D

Best of luck to everyone!

I'm waiting on my CWC payment now - has only been 3 business days. If the PayMyCard method flows well, it will prove to be the smoothest I've had since .....I can't remember when. ;)

Good suggestion on opening a 'gaming account' with your bank. Keeps the gambling in check (only spend what you have in the 'gaming account'), and allows you to use PayMyCard for cashing out.

I like JPC and Slotastic, but the $45 minimum deposit is more than I can handle on our budget each week, and CWC casinos allow me a $21 min dep. And their video poker rocks!

So, 3 business days and I woke up to find my winnings in my bank account. Its amazing how quick & smooth this payment made its way to me!

Thank you CWC for your dedication to your players ~

I know, right! It makes it more fun to get your winnings in a short period. And a lot easier to cash out when you should. I cashed out Monday morning and of course can't help myself, I keep looking for it LOL...not there yet but hopefully by tomorrow!

Thanks for the feedback. I really do appreciate it. I think that I will stay with playing at JPC because I really like the comfort that WU withdraws give me. I just don't think I want to open a special bank account just for gaming.

That being said, it is apparent that BOTH Jackpot Capital and Club World are very good options for US customers, and i have experienced that first hand at both casinos. Good luck y'all, have fun scaring the kiddies Friday night. BOO!

I like WU also and even though the fees are high it is more convenient for me. I plan on giving CWC a spin tomorrow i have not played in a while. IMO my deposits just did not go well and went really quick.

I play both groups but must say that I have never had any luck with the Club World Group. The only reason I play them is because of the reputation they have here and because a helpful player I met on 3Dice recommended them. On the other hand, I have had great success with the Jackpot Capital group. The only problem with them is their checks are written on Canadian banks so I generally end up paying the exhorbitant fee to receive payment via WU.

Payout options

Hi there,

cappync if you need any further help with payout options, deposit options ($45 is the minimum for direct Card deposits) but if you use other methods, we have much lower limits for US players. (EZVoucher/PastenPay).

Good luck everyone!

Kindest regards,
Yasmeen

These banks no longer take Canadian checks in my area. Like I said there is only one bank that does.

I also reside in the Windy City area and play mainly with the JPG of Casinos. Over the last few years I made many withdrawals by check (issued by Canadian banks but always in US funds). I never had a problem with my bank. The funds are always available next business day (no 60 to 90 day holding period). Major US bank.

The hold is not based upon the check, but your relationship with the bank. It takes a lot longer for these checks to clear, so although you may get credit, it can still come back weeks later.

3 returned checks from different casinos in a few months time span broke me real quick of taking checks from any casino. The fees I incurred on the funds being withdrawn 3-4 weeks later were awful due to the bounced checks. Talk about being blindsided...checks are not a good option for USA players. This has been discussed in a few threads in the past.

I also like the card option.
