So after seeing the amazing reviews of Club World Casino here, I decided to give it a go. Now since some devastating family things money is beyond tight. I deposited $50.00 which is a lot for me right now..After trying a number of video slots and some video Poker I was left with 0$. The money went very quickly. I figured I would just not play there anymore.
Fast forward two weeks, dad said I will throw you $21.00 try it again and WOW what a difference!!
I played t-Rex, and in my second Bonus game in ten minutes I nailed a beauty.
$439.00 ahead in an hour of play, AND IT WAS ACTUALLY FUN!!

THATS SO MUCH MONEY WHEN U NEED FOOD SO I CASHED OUT. THAT WAS A WEEK AGO.

Problem ~ I was told I had to send in a lot of documentation as there is some law in the U.K. Where before cashing out the Casino must get to know there players???? ( their words not mine)..

I sent everything I could (I don't pay utilites so how do I send a utility bill?). I sent the verification form but was told I must fill it out by hand not computer, BS!, especially being I don't have a printer...and seriously they have to have my real signature to (get to know me)?
Anyhow i borrowed a printer, did a hand filled in verification form and sent it in.

Now Natasha (I guess the person assigned to deal with my account ) tells me she never got the hand signed one... Now I am getting pissed! I have proof I have sent it 4 times.

My prognosis~ they are stalling paying out to collect a couple bucks on interest, WTF!!!

NOT ONLY ONE WEEK LATER IS MY ACCT STILL NOT VERIFIED SO I CAN CASH OUT, BUT I'm SURE ONCE THEY REALIZE THEY HAVE EVERYTHING 5X OVER, IT WILL TAKE A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF TIME TO ACTUALLY GET THE CHECK MAILED TO ME...GRRRRRR UGH!!

I WILL UPDATE, AS SOON AS I GET ONE.

Note~ I am actually me, LOL. I did nothing wrong, followed their protcol to the best of my ability (because of my dissabilities I don't pay utilities and I don't have a drivers license or passport (can't get one), but I went and got a state id for times like this), and honestly its not like I won millions of dollars, or even a thousand bucks...

My cashout is for $400.00 and its still a hassle!

I can assure you that as long as you don't reverse your withdrawal and lose it all you should get your cashout. From experience this group doesn't mess around with documentation and are extremely responsive via email so I am at a loss as to what transpired. Remember don't reverse your withdrawal and your $400 is safe. The casino has a duty to verify your identity and cannot simply take your word on it.

Yup, although their cash out policy is too tiresome for me to be playing there, i have also been paid by Lucky Red, back in the day...

Sucks that your in the USA, but they have this handwritten crap for all their customers as far as i know..
I think that once you have finally been verified, future cashouts will go a lot easier.

But you can also check out other casinos, i reccomend 3Dice, which has a smaller selection of games, but their slots are unique, and their payouts among the fastest on the net, plus their verification is possibly the easiest:)

Here is a forum part that might interest you:

Looks like a common CS foulup. The documents keep getting lost in the system. Simply resending is not going to make much difference. CS need to help troubleshoot the issue.

1) What size is the image file? (Too big, and the system spits it back, so they don't get it).
2) Try an alternative email address, such as to the cashier (CS should be helping with this).

A last resort is to POST the thing off, but this would involve a much longer wait.

Given that you need this money, don't go trying to make more, stick with what you have.

Your Dad has been a little foolish, and so perhaps have you. You were VERY lucky to have won, and longer term, you would be better off spending any money your Dad gives you on important things for the family, and wait till the crisis is over before dabbling again with casinos.

Whenever you deposit at the casino, always assume you will lose the lot, and then use this premise for your budget calculations.

Club World is a good group, as others said, hang tight and don't reverse it.

Send your docs by email. If you don't have a utility bill, send your bank statement. You can block out sensitive stuff like your balance, and part of your account number. They are really interested in address verification.

If you are having problems with them receiving your docs, get on Live Chat with them. Send them while you are online, and get a rep to confirm they got your email. If they don't, try sending one doc at a time. Or send from a different email address. Gmail is free, you could set up an email there.

I agree with just about everything other members posted

Unfortunately, there are no fast payments to US residents from Club World--If you had a card you had used for deposit (not prepaid) that would be the fastest. Still 7-10 days lately. Check by courier 10-14 days from the time they clear it from pending. That's just the way it is.

Like Jasminbed said, just DON'T REVERSE IT! You will be paid. Reverse it and you will deal with regret and remorse for days if not weeks based on your need for the $$$.

JUST DON'T F$%^$#G REVERSE else you will be the biggest sucker and a real a$% H , if you do!
You will be playing their game Juist hang in there You are a real LOSER if you go and reverse
BASTARDS !!

Just a simple "Don't Reverse!" would have been fine. :D

Also, have you seen interest rates lately? They'd have to hold on to your money for the entire year to make a couple bucks off it.

But seriously ... gamblersanonymous.org

I was in a similar situation in that I don't own a printer etc. When I submitted my documentation, I went a library and printed out the verification form, filled it out and went to CopyMax and used their fax. HOWEVER, the fax was not clear enough for the additional info: Card used, and ID (License in my case.)

For them I just had Copymax scan them and email them to me, then I forwarded them to Natasha. After that everything was fine. (If you have a good enough camera, that would do also - my crappy cell wasn't clear enough:)

I know it seems like a runaround, but that's what we have to put up with here in the states. Also, I have cashed out there and found the PayMyCard the best- 2 days for approval, then 3-5 business days for it to hit back on my card. After the first time it was much quicker.

Hang in there man. They WILL pay you. Unlike some online sites they don't dick around with your money. All these places have the same verification process and like I said it's a pain in the a** but you only have to do it once and it covers all their sister sites.

BE aware though, you and any other players reading this that their playthrough on bonuses (all sites) has changed *drastically.* Where I was once getting .50 on the dollar against the playthrough on BJ, I am now only getting .15 Not, in my opinion a smart move on their part because it renders their bonuses (for me anyway) pretty much useless. Plus, they did it without telling anyone, which I thought was kinda creepy.....and maybe just a leetle adjustment of RTP??? :D But hey what do I know? I'm just a dumb American player :) Good Luck.

That's bullshit. The guy wanted advice on what to do about getting paid. He doesn't need condescending comments. Totally unnecessary.

Weird that everyone bypasses these few lines...

Now since some devastating family things money is beyond tight

I don't think giving a link to a gamblers anonymous is bullshit. We all know what will happen next don't we? "I'll just try another $50, then another, etc...

If money is beyond tight, why is this poster gambling INSTEAD of buying food?

IMO Bryan you shouldn't be condoning this.

Maybe the poster on the gamblers anonymous could have been a little bit more sincere. It could come off as snide the way he posted it. But the the same thing about being broke and gambling was what really stuck out to me in the post.

My advice to OP is if you are that broke you should have taken the $21 your dad gave you and use it for food. If money is tight you shouldn't be gambling right now.

Are you kidding me? The guy states in his post that he needs money for food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why the hell is he gambling?????????????

There was no intention of being condescending in my post. I beleieve it's the best advice he could possibly get.

Oh, I see...I didn't read it like that.

That's the thing that really stuck out to me as well. He's new so he was wondering if he will get paid, and asking advice, I get it, we all were new here at one point. But seeing someone struggling with money and gambling bothers me, especially when at this very site there is a place for problem gamblers, I'm NOT saying he is a problem gambler at all, but the signs are all there to become one. Deposit $50, lose, deposit $21 win...I'm 100% positive this won't be his last time gambling during his hardship.

The thing is that if he just have started, he won't take so many good advices to his heart anyway.

If we scare him away immediately he might end up in a worser place learning the wrong things, so like with all newbies my advice is to be careful, and to be nice have never hurt anyone. At least this is what I think and what my experience have taught me.

I hope the OP will read this!

Casinomeister is right! All the OP wanted to know was how can he get his money. Ok ! Just wait for it. dont go lose it ! YOU NEED IT!

Now why I was so emphatic 2 real life stories!!

I knew a lady in Montreal who, on her first visit to that casino there (forgot name), won $30,000 on slots. As a first time winner ever, she thought it was that easy!

Within 2 years she lost her family , her house and almost everything else thinking it will happen again!

A friend of mine , a $5.00 crap player , won$ 25,000 on a long huge monster roll. 30 years later he is still trying to replicate it and he is always broke , borrowing money ,owes everyone he knows
and asking his family for help. He does win sometimes but never stops. We (all his friends) tried to pull him away from the table when he was winning but we couldn't. He either left broke or when the casino closed

First time winners are subject to this dilema. Thinking its easy Now for some of us $400 bucks is not a lot but to OP its a fortune. Its 200 times initial investment!! Are you going to tell me
he/she wont think its that easy? Why work? I just started with $21. Next time I will start with more and bet higher and so forth and so forth. So meister most of us was trying to protect
this naive soul I dont think anyone posting here was condescending(s?)
So OP, do as most seasoned gamblers here are trying to tell you Don't gamble with your rent money in your case food money!! Wait for your money and take your Dad out to dinner

With all due respect Bryan the OP is either naïve or completely lost when they mention depositing at casino and 'needing food' in the same paragraph. I believe the majority of posters on this thread will agree with this sentiment.
Had the poster simply been a newbie and come here for help in getting paid period without the using the hardship line, then these responses you criticize would surely be absent.:)

I think it's a huge difference between being helpful giving advices, and just posting a link to an organization for people addicted to gambling.

Yes, the latter was more appropriate given the situation.

That's what I meant. Just posting a link is being snippy and condescending, in my opinion. One ought to query the person whether or not they were being serious, and then explain what you think may be alarming behavior. You don't know whether the person was joking or not.

Back to the topic at hand. From what I've been told, the OP sent his KYC docs in on the 17th and the cashout was approved on the 18th. It's now in transit.

Nope! While I have my doubts on the OP and don't really believe that he/she should be assisted it's always correct to give a person the benefit of the doubt. Maybe gambling is his/her food lol.

ClubWorld - OP

So a couple things~ For all the helpful comments, thanks so much !!

As for ClubWorld, everything was approved as of yesterday morning, so as long as the check comes I will be happy in the end. The initial wait seemed long but yes I am new there, so it sounds like that's just part of things and how they go when dealing with cashiers these days. I haven't played in casinos online for many years, since back when E- passport was allowed for US citizens and boy my cashouts used to come lighting fast.

AND now for the couple jerkoffs that had nothing constructive to reply: I was not asking for your advice anywhere in my post; Nor was I expecting any rude comments...A piece of advice ask questions before assuming nieve gambler desperation..if you had bothered to ask you would have learned the reasons I had the words need food, and short on money in the same paragraph were that 3 years ago my son was kidnapped and never returned or found....yeah I spent a hard earned life savings trying unsuccessfully to find him . Then my wife couldn't live with it. You waste a lot of money under those circumstances..Then toss in a nasty head injury accident and a flesh eating bacteria in my leg...Since then I spent the few years trying to fix my shitter of a life..Then I unexpectantly lost one of my last two uncles and I flew home for the funeral (expensive), but necessity of course!. Then a month ago I finally had a little extra gambling money so I tried out this site..Unfortunetly in between losing and then ultimately winning I lost another Uncle (my last) and had to fly across the country yet again for a second, unexpected time in 2 months. (GUESS WHAT GENIUS?? IT WAS F-ING EXPENSIVE AGAIN)

So yes I went from being ok to gamble a little to needing cash for necessities very quickly.

AS I SAID DON'T ALWAYS ASSUME THE WORST. OHH AND THIS SOUNDS TO CRAZY TO BE REAL, A SIMPLE PM AND I WILL SEND YOU THE OBITS.

Again to everyone who offered positive, reassuring, and comforting (even the guy screaming to not be a cashout cancelling bastard) words of wisdom and advice you were all great, Thanks!!

Also KAROLINA, from Club World, looking into this and to my belief helping speed this along, THANKS SO MUCH!!
