I honestly think I am done with these sites.
Yes, they have excellent customer service.
Yes, they pay out promptly.
But, that is all I can say that is good at this point in time.
I never use to have a problem depositing with my debit card.
Over this past weekend, no matter what I tried, I couldn't get a deposit to go through.
Live help said it was a problem on my end.
I don't know if they changed processors or the country those processors are located in are
under suspicion or what ever.
I do know that it has gotten beyond ridiculous the hoops I have to go through to get
money into my account. I called my bank today and after a 5 hour wait, they "allowed" a few
transactions but informed me, if there were any breaches of my account, it will be my
responsibility and they will not be held accountable.
So, I finally get money into both accounts. I even took the Tuesday bonuses, which I never
do any more due to the large wagering.
Lets' just say it was torture playing. The spins just drag and drag. It is beyond ridiculous.
I might add, this "dragging spins" play has gone on for months.
I have messaged Karolina about this problem in the past. She says all is fine on their end.
I have a new computer with a fairly fast internet connection.
Short of videoing my play for her, she has no answers.
I have seen other players complain about this same problem.
At this point, I really don't see how I can justify putting myself though the hassle of
having to contact my bank, get approval, (feel like a 10 year old having to get mommys' permission)
only to have a horrendous time just getting the wheels to spin.
Stick a fork in it! I am done!
