Club World & Lucky Red....... Frustrations..

    I honestly think I am done with these sites.

    Yes, they have excellent customer service.

    Yes, they pay out promptly.

    But, that is all I can say that is good at this point in time.

    I never use to have a problem depositing with my debit card.

    Over this past weekend, no matter what I tried, I couldn't get a deposit to go through.

    Live help said it was a problem on my end.

    I don't know if they changed processors or the country those processors are located in are

    under suspicion or what ever.


    I do know that it has gotten beyond ridiculous the hoops I have to go through to get

    money into my account. I called my bank today and after a 5 hour wait, they "allowed" a few

    transactions but informed me, if there were any breaches of my account, it will be my

    responsibility and they will not be held accountable.

    So, I finally get money into both accounts. I even took the Tuesday bonuses, which I never

    do any more due to the large wagering.

    Lets' just say it was torture playing. The spins just drag and drag. It is beyond ridiculous.

    I might add, this "dragging spins" play has gone on for months.

    I have messaged Karolina about this problem in the past. She says all is fine on their end.

    I have a new computer with a fairly fast internet connection.

    Short of videoing my play for her, she has no answers.

    I have seen other players complain about this same problem.


    At this point, I really don't see how I can justify putting myself though the hassle of

    having to contact my bank, get approval, (feel like a 10 year old having to get mommys' permission)

    only to have a horrendous time just getting the wheels to spin.

    Stick a fork in it! I am done!

    I honestly feel the same way weesie. It has become too much of a nightmare for me. I tried the weekend and my deposit was blocked . I have just given up :eek2:.

    I don't know what else I can do about it. I wish I knew the answers.

    It shouldn't be so hard to spend my money and then have such frustration when I finally do!

    The wife and I haven't had a problem at all.. In a while at any of CW casino's... LOL probably just cursed myself:D

    weesie I,am sorry too hear about your continued problem.s at CW and LR sites but may i ask? Are they the only ones that you are having this problem at? Or is this a problem on all of the sites that you play at? If they are the only casino,s that you play at then as much as i hate to say it. It is your bank that is laying it in your lap. I have had the same problem , but with my Mastercard and i was told the very same thing that if i wanted to use these processor,s then i would be solely responsible.So i told them that yes i wish to use these sites and i did that as a feeling that i get from the CWG in the way that the CS and payouts present themself,s to me. i:e I feel that the casino,s would not steer me wrong at this point. So i will take the risk to play and win? True if something happen,s then the bank will dog you out and say we told you soo! But life,s full of these kind of situation,s and i refuse to alter my life to make a bunch of pin heads at some board meeting feel that they are controlling my life. And truly if you think it is too much of a problem then i agree perhap,s you do need to find a different way of enjoying the inet?At any rate i feel you are a great member here at CM and i have felt the input you deliver each of you thread,s here.Best of luck in your decision here.Peace Out!     I appreciate your message and I understand your frustration.

    I will send you PM in regards to the deposit issues, I hope we can work it out quickly.

    In regards to the game slowness, I tried my best to help out. Checked your sessions with RTG and our IT team and we didn't find anything unusual. No other customers reported similar problems. I'm more than happy to arrange screen share with you and see if I can spot anything unusual on your end when you play. I believe it is due to either internet connection or your PC settings.

    I'm going to send you PM in next couple of minutes and hope we can finally resolve the problem.

    Hi Karolina,

    I replied to your pm.

    I am certain I have seen other members here complain about the slow spins. I am not the only one. I am guessing they just haven't read this thread yet.

    As I said in my pm......... I do not have the spin problems at Jackpot Capital or Intertops, both with the same, RTG, software.

    weesie You are not alone i have encountered wierd spins on only 1 CW site and that is ClubWorldCasino ? I have not been a member for very long but the spins are sluggish and erratic as opposed to the other CW sites that i play at including LuckyRed,AllStar,BuzzLuck, and not an CW site but SLOTOCASH all are RTG and the only one i have had this problem with is CWC and i have only played there a few times i just figured it was the style of the site as all of the game,s that i tried did the same thing?It,s kinda hard to get much going when the play is so sluggish.     I have mentioned the same problem but get the same answer. It must be on my end. Unfortunately it is at my work and home computer both and it's the exact same games. And it's only on "some" of the games. Aztecs Treasure, Cleopatra's Gold and Naughty or Nice to name the main ones I play. It doesn't do it for my other favorites, Texas Tycoon, Triple Twister, Return of the Rudolph, Cash Bandits. I don't play the sticky, shaky ones anymore unless I'm trying to play on a few dollars for .20 spins. The funny thing is that those games play regularly on my mobile. All of these started playing this way after the new lobby was created.

    As far as deposits go, I can usually get away with one deposit, maybe two if I don't do it too fast before the bank tries to shut me down. the processors is from China I think and it's definitely not bank friendly. I noticed yesterday my two deposits showed up as coming from Mr.Token which seems to be a little "safer" to my bank.

    Work-around for slow spinning reels

    I too have experienced slow spinning reels from time to time on every RTG casino where I play. While I haven't figured out why or when it will happen (although I suspect it has something to do with "Adobe Flash"), I did stumble upon a work-around that corrects the issue. Install/Open "3Dice" casino, and let it run in the background while you play on the slow spinning RTG casino. For whatever reason, the reels/graphics will return to normal behavior. Give it a shot, and see if it works.

    I had to chuckle when I read your comment! That's what I use to do too.

    Here recently, it has not worked for me though!

    Ya I have said about the same issues as well a few times, Something similar to this is running windows update in the background has made the reels spin normal again for me.

    Also can no longer deposit here the last month. The processor they are using, my bank has flagged. :(

    Can deposit with no issues at the JPC group. It used to be the other way around.

    I have been having trouble with that too. I called my bank and they "allowed" me to purchase for one day but informed me they would not be responsible if my account gets "hacked".

    If I want to purchase again, I will have to call the bank again.

    Paste&Pay has been flagged as well and I need to get them to "allow"
    those purchases as well.

    Getting to be a headache to try to play anywhere at all!

    Yeah, my bank called me when I tried to depisit there. They said the peocessor they are using is flagged as fraudulant. They told me the same thing. I could deposit but loose my bank account protection. .. Try JPC group. They have a new one, and I have no issues at all. Hopefully CW gets a new one soon.
