CLUB WORLD HELP PLEASE

Hi everyone,

Can you guide me on how to proceed?

I have an approved withdrawal with Club World Casino since August 9th ( via check) and I cant get a straight answer as to when I might receive it.
Each time I go to live help, they advise to check back tomorrow because they don't have the new batch of Fed Ex numbers yet but they will send a note to the cashier / accounting.

i just tried to PM Club World under the I-Gaming Rep tab, but email was refused because their stored PM's are full and they have to clear some space.

What else can I do?

Was your withdrawals' original date the 9th or it was approved on the 9th? If it was approved on the 9th, and you requested a check, as you said you did, you should have received it by now.

I have had times where CW could not give me the tracking number because they truly did not have them, only to finally get it, and when I checked the fed-ex website, it was already here in town.

I think fed-ex is PART of the problem, but, only part.......... CWC has constantly had pay-out issues. Some days, they work like clockwork, other days, not so much.

Don't go through Live Chat....... call the toll free # FIRST thing in the morning, as early as possible!!

If you have all your paperwork on file , as you say, and it was approved on Aug. 9th, then there is NO EXCUSE for such an extended delay as you are experiencing now. Just my opinion.

I requested a courier check on August 13, 2012 and was emailed today by Natasha from Club World with the tracking info for Fed Ex. I believe my courier check will arrive tomorrow, a 9 day turnaround. You know you can email them thru support. I have really never had a problem with contacting them and receiving a response. I usually receive an email response within one day. However, I do try to email them when they are in the office. They are in the United Kingdom and ahead of the US by some 6-7 hours.

One, I want to apologize for starting this thread because I'm seeing my issue has been addressed in another thread regarding Club World..My bad, I'm still learning how to navigate here :(

Two, Thank you for helping me :)... I had an approval on the 9th...the request was done on the 7th and then I had to go to live to ask what the delay was for the approval...

I will definitely call them first thing tomorrow morning. I am surprised at the delay also. I don't know if it's because I am USA or a newbie to their site but I definitely have all paperwork in order there.

Call FedEx, 1800-go-fedex, they will ask you a few questions and let you know if it was sent or not, and when it will arrive if it was sent. I also believe that part of the problem is FedEx, they lost a package that was due yesterday. Just happens that package has a check in it also. They still can not find it.

Try calling them, they are open 24 hours I think. Make sure you let them know it is an express saver envelope you are look for.

just got my fedex tracking info, it took 22 days. looks like this check withdraw will end up taking 25 days plus 1 day to fully clear with my bank.

hope this helps with current time periods for chck withdraws at club world casino

No need to apologise. As long as one remains civic, members will jump to help him/her. While I am pleased to hear your issue is being addressed in another thread(I couldnt locate it btw) I would have thought they could have sent you a pm instead.

Hi Chuchu,

I meant that withdrawal issues at Club World were being discussed in another thread ( not mine personally) and it was giving information on what a player could do to find out about their funds ( I think thread is "payment processor issues")
That's why I apologized.. I didn't want people to have to repeat themselves.
I did try to pm Clubworld thru the I-Rep gaming thread but it bounced back to me saying they were full.
If you can tell me where to find Tom's pm email I'd appreciate it :)
I did call Club World this morning ( suggestion from another member) and was told they only had a partial Fed Ex # and I would get an email once they had the full number. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I was approved.
They may be a really good site but I'm not sure I would deposit there again. I just can't understand why it's so hard to get information about a processed payment. Someone mentioned Inet as being a decent site. I'm going to check them out.

My payout was also approved on august 9th..Still nothing. I called today and was told they were having some issues with processors..She checked in new batch that came in today and said mine was still not on it...Try back again tomorrow..The only reason I am staying calm is because it is Club
World and I know I will get paid..It is just tuff getting paid in the USA..But, if we want to continue to play, I guess we have to put up with the delays.
I hope I see my soon....

Just saw in another thread where a CW casino stated they were having problems with processors with bank wires and that option was removed from the cashier. If any of you selected that method you might want to ask if that is the case and if you need to choose another method. Good luck!

I do apologise that some of the cheques we have been issuing have been delayed so much - there was an issue with one of the treasury accounts we use which caused a backlog. We are doing everything possible to clear this through and we are making some progress. At this moment in time all cheques processed on or before the 20th August are in progress with the bank and will (hopefully) be dispatched before the weekend.

I would expect that we will be back on top of all this with cheques being dispatched on the same day as approval by the end of next week.

Once again i do apologise for these delays and I do appreciate how patient you have been through this.

Tom, thanks for the reply and handling it. Is there a way for you or someone on your staff to handle PM's from here by checking more frequently? You have a popular site (for good reason) - but there have been frequent posts here about how many times your pm mail box is FULL.

When I am busy or out of office or on vacation - my executive assistant always has access to my email to keeping things moving in my business when I am not able to do everything....I think you need more help with that.
