I've been waiting around four weeks for a non-bonus Neteller payment from Club UK Casino, they have been citing payment delays and problems with the cashier but have been unable to tell me when my payment will be processed. The date the payment should have been sent is 19th August.
My withdrawal was cancelled three days ago and i've been instructed to re-submit it.
I'm told this affects the GBP and EUR casinos of the Club World group.
Anyone had similar payment issues?
