Sorry to be neagtive but I find it very transparent (and in some ways suspicious) that as soon as a casino get some bad reports about them, like the issue with spam and the players account that was closed, things seem to change.
Players start winning and withdrawals are faster, as if this will repair the damage done and everyone will forget the past.
Perhaps I am just sceptical about RTG casinos in general.

I'm not so sure they were to blame for the player's account which was closed. It wasn't entirely negative with them, because it was an issue where a misunderstand could easily take place.
Payout rates cannot be adjusted in the way you mention, so I doubt they decided all of a sudden to start "paying" out.
From my experience so far, I have found them to be prompt and alert to the concerns of the customer, even the annoying ones like me.
They have processed my withdrawals in ultra-quick time, responded to my e-mails quickly and professionally (actually answering my question).
RTG is merely a software platform, like many others, you cannot judge them all under one umbrella.
I personally started playing at RTG for a change, I was tired of the MG software as I was never winning. Club World has been a great change for me.
They seem to be a well organised, responsible casino
