Club World double charging on deposits

Everyday on Club World Casino I keep getting double charged on my deposits. Say I put $50 on, well the screen skips and charges me double. EVERYDAY. I have constantly complained and they say they will fix it. They haven't. Just now I contacted them and they say they do see where it double charged me and they want my monthly statement to see it... are you serious?? I get a monthly statement once a month and she just said she sees where it double charged me but still wants my statement...??? Does anybody else have this double charging problem? Because this seems like a scam to me. Been happening for 6 months now and I thought Club World Casinos group was a respectable group...

Watch your cc statements, last deposit $100, was charged over $101, at lucky red, same thing happened at all slots, they also gave me trouble when trying to withdraw.

Surely a random glitch in a users' computer shoudn't be causing transaction security measures to be bypassed. Using "back" and actively reprocessing the request is one thing, but this is a case of the interface "auto-glitching" and almost silently duplicating the deposit. The only sign seems to be a "jump" or "flicker" of the screen. This is inside the RTG cashier too, so if it's a software problem it is one down to RTG, even if one of failing to properly code error trapping, and an untrapped error is probably what causes the "flicker" and repeat of the deposit process, when it SHOULD be dealing properly with an error state that has ocurred with the completion of the first deposit.

One SIMPLE fix for this type of problem is to enforce a short wait of about a minute between consecutive transactions, such that if this glitch creates a duplicate straight after the first, it will fail due to it being too soon.

A rather messy fix would be to always withdraw the duplicate deposit, which seems possible as it appears as cash, and not held hostage to the bonus terms. Check also whether entering the coupon code AFTER the deposit is supported. If so, it would allow the duplicate to be dealt with (such as by withdrawal), before applying the code.

My experience of RTG is that the code can either be entered first, or straight after a deposit before any play has started.

If they can't accept any workaround, you only have one choice, play elsewhere. (even if this choice is severely limited).
 
Continuing to deposit is beyond my comprehension, however, the glitch took place within the casino software. Tom's explanation was flippant and skirted a clear and unexcusable processing error, if he has been quoted correctly. There has really been a lot of unacceptable behavior from Clubworld in the last several months. Tom's ability to resolve issues seems to have become less effective and beyond his control. Accredited or not, their customer service is undependable and riddled with irresponsible resolutions.
