Their Quicktender still doesn't work and hasn't for two weeks!

....Like I said, Hasn't worked for me for two weeks and others and they keep telling me they are aware of the problem. Well crap by now you'd think someone would know what's up with the problem with Quicktender. I don't get these people's deal!
Tried to deposit again this morning with my Netspend card. No Luck. Got some error message about this card not being taken or something like that. Called CS and was told that there was nothing wrong with my card and to wait an hour and the relevant department would have it fixed. I'm going to give them one more chance and the on to one that works.
I don't think they have a clue what is going on.
I was told that there is a fix it patch coming in on Tuesday everyone so sit tight and all will be well then, just think of all the money your saving
