Club World Casinos Cashier Response Time

One of my biggest complaints about the CWC group has been the slow (or lack of) response from inquiries sent to the cashier group. I just wanted to share with everyone that this morning I sent a note asking about the status of a withdrawal and had a reply in less than 10 minutes from the cashier. That's a fantastic improvement. I hope everyone sees the improvement I saw today.
 
I have to agree. After over 150 losing deposits without even a faint hint of a withdrawal at 3dice, I chose to leave them alone. Switched to club world which I had taken a long break from and finally snagged a small withdrawal.

My withdrawal was supposed to be processed yesterday, and it wasn't, so I sent an email to the cashier asking what was up. They responded in about 20 minutes that they guarenteed it would be processed today and it surely was.

Money hasn't hit my account yet but so far great communication from them and fast approval time. Keep up the good work CW!

First of all its great to hear these positive words about CWC. I myself have only had good experiences and quick withdrawals.

Also to you Secret2 I think it is a good idea emailing them direct to cashier instead through support. As they are prob already busy assisting with other enquiries. I use cashier email with 32red and always get quicker response there. Not that 32RED are not fast :D they are TOP NOTCH!!

But I do feel that CWC are the number 2 right now. Some of you might disagree. Also yes 3Dice is super fast. But taking everything into perspective.

Then my ranking would be 1. 32RED 2. CWC 3. 3Dice.

This is taking on everything. Support - Withdrawal processing time - And also very important for me. Where do I get "value" for my money I play with. :thumbsup:

Just to follow up on my "silly" top 3 list. Instead of editing and changing it.

I would rather say 32REd is second "almost" to none :D

The rest would be a handfull of casinos I would put on a shared number 2.

But this is not about 32RED and other casinos. So sorry about that :rolleyes:

What I want to say arghhh is that CWC sure deserve to be up there with 32RED. And are not that far away :notworthy
 
I think consistency is the key. Regarding the casinos mentioned in this thread, only 2 of the 3 consistently get praise and support for their customer service, withdrawl times, etc. They are 32Red and 3Dice. When you go to an online casino, restaurant or any business for that matter, you come to depend on your past experiences. If places are consistently above expectations or excellent, these businesses deserve the praise they get.

Some places are hit or miss. There have been alot of complaints about CWC over the past few weeks. Maybe they have improved in the last week, but there is alot of inconsistency in what a player can expect. If people want to know exactly what they're getting involved with (e.g. fast payments in stated time frame) consistently, then the choice is clear.
 
Not so lucky with CWC

I requested a withdrawal on June 7th and it was "processes" on June 8th. I am STILL waiting for this to hit my account and getting worried that I've been duped.

It was approved on June 8th? What withdrawal method did you use? No way CW is going to"dupe" you. You will get your funds.

I would send a private message to Tom (clubworld) here at the forum and ask for the status. Have you had recent communications with cashier@clubworldcasinos through email?

I got word from CWC this morning about my doc verifications...through 'cashier' and not 'support'...via email It was still slow...CWC is a good casino but for some reason the communication is slower than normal.

I trust them but they need to 'up' the response time.

Maybe a rep can shed some light on this.

Thank you to those who replied with encouragement. I received correspondence from the "cashier" that my withdrawal was processed, but only when I sent a request inquiring about it. I'm happy to read that others have had good experiences. I have never made a withdrawal with CWC and I'm hoping that it does get paid as promised.

No worries-you will get it:) It's your first w/d from them, so depending on which method you used: check, ach, paymycard the time it takes to get to you can vary.

I am in day 8 (working days) and day 12 includes going into 2 weekends. My withdrawal sat there for 4 days until I asked what the problem is...and here it is 13 days later and not one penny has arrived...I asked for a courier check and a paymycard option and was told they do not courier, then I asked how long a courier is and they said overnight, then I asked why do they have that option (courier)and they said chat wise, oh whatever, you will get it in 5-7 days...I asked you mean an overnight courier check will take 5-7 business days after approval.

Yep..they do not do courier or overnight...HUH??? I have reversed a few times after waiting 4 days to even by looked at, but still withdrew each and every time the remainder since it said it would not delay my withdrawal. So over that too!

Well....I am flummoxed...totally bewildered...I broke my withdrawal into two, thinking one or the other would get to me before another weekend..WRONG! Not one dime in 2 weeks...I love Clubworld group, they get most of my money and they know this...but I am really rethinking my play here lately..2 weeks to get funds is WAY too long form me..the excitement of the win is gone and all one has left is the disappoint, and anger of being blown off and no money to be seen.

Going into pondering mode....

My understanding is that each time you reverse it starts the clock all over again.....at least at other RTGs. Maybe you could clarify this with the rep also.

I have sent both an email. I do not expect an answer till Monday if that, since it is the weekend. I read in the withdrawal/deposit box that reversing a withdrawal does not affect the time frame of processing...I know I read this somewhere ...that still doesn't answer why my money sat from Monday to Friday without any movement or approval.

This is just not on. Even if they can provide excuses for not having paid you yet .... processor delays(we have heard them all) they cannot leave the w/d in pending status for a full week. Sometimes I cannot understand what this group is doing. If there are other similar cases where the w/ds remaining in pending status for a full working week without any valid reasons then I seriously urge Bryan to 'reconsider' their accreditation status as they are not paying players timely.
 
Agree with everyone who believes this group should no longer be accredited. Why should they be in the same class listing as 32Red or NordicBet? It's time to send a message to them (in their wallet) where they will really understand. Take them off accredited list as they don't belong there.
 
Once upon a time I tried to WD from CW and received excuse upon excuse concerning my documents..not correct, not clear, still not clear...trust, they were crystal clear but kept re-sending them. Anyway,they never accepted them,I never got paid, and I left CW behind. Now I'mi nterested in trying Buzzluck, so I'm submitting docs first,getting approval, then depping. I sent them tonight, so I'm curious to see what they say. ID, faxback and utility bill clear as day. I'll keep ya informed.
 
Well,got a response today, and thus it begins. No withdraws with my ID..MUST be a driver's license (I don't drive) or a passport (I don't have one). I use my govt-issued photo ID health card. Now, I'm sure some will say, yeah, that's standard. But the ID, from a governmental standpoint, ranks higher than a driver's license, and it's the same ID I use at every casino, every software, including other RTGS, and NONE of them refuse it.
My utility this bill was refused as the date is the DUE date, not the issuing date. I mean, really, because saying June 30th 2012 isn't current enough?
And they require the CC front and back even though as I explained in the body of my email, I want my documents approved BEFORE depositing, and since I'm using prepaid credit cards (or Skrill) , I don't HAVE the card until I deposit.
This group is by far the worst in the arena of documents. Anyone else takes my govt photo, with its pic and date, and all its pretty security imbeds, and my utility bill with the month and year on it. and say 'thank you' and we get on with our lives.

Cashier problems? Can you elaborate on that? I really do hope you get withdrawl soon, this is getting to be a normal thing now, not something out of the ordinary.

I think that's harsh of CWC to reject that ID. It has name address and photo so what's the big deal? Sounds like they're looking for reasons to delay, which is something I didn't think I'd say about them.
