Club World Casinos - Bounced checks

    I would like to know, as many players had received the recent courier checks that bounced, (posted in other threads) how many of you have received your withdrawals.

    I really would like to know, without negative responses please. If there is light at the end of this tunnel?

    I am curious as I have read that some were paid and some still waiting, some were paid and in the US, so I am curious.

    I was given this response from their cashier but received nothing and still waiting, Monday will be 8 days and waiting.

    Hi Customer,

    I am not sure if you have noticed but the ACH method has been taken down from the website. We are however in the final stages of testing a new Ach processor, we will be sending out a batch tomorrow, so I may be able to add $1500 as an ACH for you in the test file because of the circumstances. If this is something you would be interested in please let me know soon as the batch will be sent tomorrow.

    Since I have waited a month already, I am wondering if the new method takes 8 days?

    Just leave the balance in your account and we will process this tomorrow, unfortunately we cannot waiver the fees on an ach.

    This was on the 20th, I did receive a PM from karolina that she waived the fees, after I asked her to do so in a PM.

    If you had waited for a month(though dunno what that means if we are only talking of Nov 20) they should waive the processing fees. If they cannot do that they should place back an equivalent amount in your account as a gesture of goodwill.

    Nov 20th was the day myself and other players were told the checks were rubber chu. After waiting so long for this check.

    Well then the least that they should do now is waive the processing fees. They should have done so ages ago and this thread might not have existed and less made about the 'bounced cheque' issue.

    There are posts here that some US players have been paid. I wanted to know how, do I stand on my head, do I do the jig, should I believe the emails that said on the Nov 20th date we are processing it in the next day. Never happened.

    Do I get in a tutu or ride a kangaroo, tell me what to do. I am deleting every Club World acct I have and I have deposited there weekly for over almost 10 yrs.

    I just thought it would be expedited since we have already waited and got bad checks

    Thank you for the response, just thought the additional WAIT period would be waived 5 to 7 days since we have already waited a month and received bad checks?

    I was told otherwise by the cashier, it would be expedited above other players since our checks bounced?

    This check was requested Oct 21st, originally then bounced?

    Hi Player,

    The $1500 was approved on 21st, please note that ACH may take 5-7 business days so you should receive it this week.

    The other customers you mentioned had the cash out approved way before yours that's why they already received it.
