Club World Casinos Bonus and Comp Terms Clarification

Hi

As requested by Rusty here is a new thread with full clarification of our terms on comps and bonuses.

Comps no longer have a max cashout rule, this is already in effect.

Bonuses will not have a 10x max cashout rule starting on Tuesday 3rd July.
Some high value bonuses might have a fixed max cashout rule on Random Jackpot wins but that detail will be specifically mentioned in the details.

Wagering for each bonus will be in the bonus details page found in the email sent or by clicking on the link in the marquee message. Customer service are also available 24/7 for questions on bonuses.

I hope this matter is now resolved to your satisfaction and you continue playing with us in the knowledge that we do appreciate you playing with us and we act on your suggestions to improve.

Thanks

Jason

as of today, over 2 months later, the home page of clubworld still lists max cashouts on their bonus'.

FWIW, they also list their SUB's as being "sticky"....which is untrue. I've had 2 WD's in the past week, and both times the bonus was never deducted.

THERE STILL ARE MAX CASHOUTS

FREE BONUSES, CASHBACK BONUSES, AND MANY OTHERS DEFINATELY ARE 10x BONUS AMOUNT!

It is best to ask the terms before you play any bonus.

They are looking in to changing the terms, per their Manager.

Club World Bonus Terms and Comps

In my humble opinion, I'll throw my $2350.00 worth in the discussion. I received an email from club world for a "high rollers" bonus. Signed up as a new player, did the coupon thing, made a deposit of $350.00 and they "gave" me a $350.00 bonus so I had a $700.00 bankroll. Within my first $200 of play I hit two large payouts of $3000.00 each. Yippeeee:thumbsup: Continued playing and when I finally quit had $18K in my account:thumbsup::thumbsup: Silly me didn't read the "terms" of the bonus and to my disappointment when I requested a cashout, I was only able to cash out $2000.00. In a show of good will, the casino did/or at least has offered to credit my initial deposit back to my card along with an ACH of $2000.00 to my bank account. No wrong doing on the casino's part, because it clearly states $2000.00 is the max cashout with this bonus and any additonal funds will be removed from players account. (Maybe they could give the extra $16,000 to charity or start a fund to open a wing at a children's hospital in mine and their names)

I would suggest to the casino to reconsider the bonus terms....they can tell when someone's abusing a bonus......A 20x playthru of deposit plus bonus, I'm not the brightest with math, but I would guess the odds of achieving this are close to nill, and then a maximum cash out on top along with removing any additional funds in the players account???? So my $18K winnings turned to $2k......not chicken feed, but certainly not what I was expecting.

After reading much on this thread......hell, I'm still not exactly clear what their policy is with bonus cash?? Soooooo if I chose to play at Club world, I'll politely say "no thanks" to their bonus money. From what I've read on this site and the hodgepode, they've been given great reviews, but for me they've left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

i could only find the following clause pertaining to max cashouts.

``Any free money given, that does not require a deposit, e.g. a Non-Deposit Coupon, loyalty bonus, VIP bonus, vanity card, manager deposit, competition/tournament prizes, compensation bonus, inconvenience bonus, birthday bonus etc. (unless otherwise stated) will have a maximum cash out of 10x the bonus given e.g. $50 given max cash out = $500. Monies must be turned over at least 15x (unless otherwise stated) before any cash out can be made.``

As far as im aware only FREE money is now subject t max cash outs unless specifically stated in the promotional email. Of course if the ClubWorld rep can again verify this for us it will set a lot of minds at ease im sure.

I'd really love definite verification on this subject. I play at Club World a lot, a few times a week typically, and sometimes I will decide to use a bonus. Not very often, but the odd deposit I will decide I want it to last longer. I don't mind playthrough's but if there's a max cashout I need to know so I don't ever take another bonus. That has got to be a killer and would so be my luck.. finally hit my first random and only get like $500 of it.. ouch... lol

Agreed, I would definitely say, No thank you to that offer. Only redeeming spot is that a Progressive Jackpot would be paid. I don't think that means Real Series random jackpot though... VWM has a method for the personal progressives I think.

Just some information from Club World Support...

Normal daily email promotions that deposit coupons have no maximum cashout.
Also deposit coupons recieved from Customer Services, has no maximum cashout

Before playing with bonuses, its always a good idea to double check with Customer Service beforehand.

how long have you been playing at clubworld jen if you dont mind me asking? I hope you dont saysomething like years and still not won a RJ lol Im stopping now if thats the case. :eek2:

LOL Audi, not long actually... Only a few weeks at CW, played at a few RTG's (Inet, LVUSA) every once in a while but not too often. Am just now playing RTG's more, since I found CW... Only reputable RTG that pays fast and takes Instadebit.. lol

I doubt I will ever win a RJ anyways as my bets are typically 20-40 cents a spin.. I'll dabble with $1 spins if I'm winning but that's about as high as it gets for me.

hehe jen i know what you mean, I only ever bet 40 a spin as well but if you can believe a few of the members in here (particularly mike031 before he left) you can indeed win RJ on as little as 20 a spin, he has shown screenshots to prove it in the past but i still believe he must have spent an awful lot to begin with in order to win one of them. Despite what they claim I dont beleive ANY casino is going to let a member win anything really large until they have putten `enough in` so to speak. Except of course those casinos who now and again use a new signup as a marketing tool by letting a newbie win large and saying `look such and such won *** grand on his 22 spin at such and such casino lol Best of luck tho Jen, hope you hit your first rj soon and yes clubworld does have excellent pay out times :)

lol yes I agree that they wait until you've deposited enough. I only do $50 at a time so it's going to take me years. I will be playing there a lot more now though as I woke up ready to deposit at Allslots only to find that Jackpot factory is no longer taking Instadebit as a deposit method. So, I guess that means clubworld gets my money from now on.

Good luck to you as well Audi, I am sure that RJ will show itself soon enough!

Sorry but as of the writing of this post, clubworld still has a max cashout on no-deposit bonuses. It looked to me from what I was reading that you all think they do not. But they do, I know when a mistake was made from my deposit bonus. There is a 10x max cashout on no deposit bonuses. Have fun. They are still a great place to play, and this does not apply to comp points. I just never take free money...lol. Good Luck

Gambler777,

You are correct about the no-deposit bonuses having 10X cashout. Comps are different. From what I understand, there is no max cashout for them and if you take a deposit bonus and make playthrough, there is no max cashout.

If I am not correct, I am sure someone will tell me. :D

Yes as far as I can tell that is correct annie. Have you ever won a jp there and how was your payout time when you did. I won a random last week and am still waiting for my money, however there was a slight problem with a misunderstanding of bonus on their part. However, Tom fixed this as soon as I emailed him, but I did think they would do the withdrawal immediately since there had been some problems. However I received the first 300 monday,, and it is wednesday and I am still waiting for the remaining 2700. So i still like casino world, but going to stop depositing until I make sure payout shows up.
