When you go to clubworlcasinos.com and choose cashier it lists the following withdrawal methods. UseMyWallet, ECO Card, Instadebit, Click2pay, eWalletXpress, NETeller, MoneyBookers, Wire Transfer, Cheque. It also list them in the casino software under cashier and withdrawal as well as Check/Bank Draft. So I deposit and won and tried to cashout. I was then told for 2 months that only 2 metods are available UseMyWallet and eWalletXpress were available. I asked if that was true why is it not updadted on the website and in the casino software. The answer we are hoping to get them back. Well if I would have known this I wouldnt have deposited. I think that it is sort of false advertising to get people to keep depositing and then they will not be able to cashout. They could even leave them on the website but put unavailable or let us no that these methods are not available at the moment. I dont believe it takes 2 months just to add a few words to a website. Now my question is what do people do that cant use ewalletxpress or usemywallet. How do they receive there winnings when you are advertising all these other methods and not saying they are not available?

Yet another issue of an online casino engaging in "False Advertising"...I just had a complaint recently regarding Casino Grand Bay engaging in the same thing, when is anyone ever going to make a stance against this bogus False Advertising that the online casinos seem to continually get away with...wheres the moral standards at ?

Wiccan,

Sorry for your trouble but glad you posted as I didn't know that there was only 2 withdrawal methods available. Kinda stands to reason though as these two methods seem to be the only ones working for US residents. Click2Pay, Neteller, Moneybookers and Ecocard haven't been options for US since UIGEA, or at least I think I am right.

Ewalletexpress is pretty easy to get I think. Don't use it, I use Quicktender.

Maybe you can get one of these to work for you.

Well I want to use Check/Bank Draft or Wire Transfer that was why I deposited thought they were available since they were listed on website and software. And I have had issues wit ewalletxpress in past so I refuse to use them.

I understand that. CW should have a note on their site as to what is available for US players.

Checks/Wire Transfer from any casino are so dicey now for US players that nearly all casinos have quit doing them.

If it might help, I deposited once at Absolute Slots (Rival) and got a Quicktender invitation right away. Or ask CW to send a QT invite. Couldn't hurt.

wtf? They can't cut a check!?!?!?!? I'd steer clear of them if you're from the USA. This is ridiculous.

QT is bad enough with a $30 WD fee, let alone ewalletexpress, which is TEN PERCENT (Up to $150 I believe)

CHECK+WIRE TRANSFER UNAVAILABLE FOR MUCH LONGER THAN 2 MONTHS

I asked about cashin via check and wire transfer over 6 months ago and told unavailable, so they have had a long time to update their website

Although duly recognised as a "complaint", I've moved this to the ATB forum because of the payment provider information.

ClubWorld Payout Methods

Hello,

All the payment methods currently listed on our website are active and in daily use. The options available to each individual player however depend on the legal jurisdiction in which they reside.

We updated our website within hours of being informed by this ACH and Cheque processor that they would be unable to continue processing for us. There is no false advertising and we would certainly not mislead anyone - Cheques and Wires are still on our website because we still offer them.

We are currently in contract negotiations with a new processor who will be able to facilitate ACH's to players in Wiccan's location and so I am confident we can offer this service again in the near future.

I do appreciate the inconvenience caused by this, and we are doing all we can to make the process as straightforward as possible.

We have many players who are currently using these ewallet solutions to move funds from the casino to their checking accounts without any problems, and so if you are experiencing any difficulties at all in this regard please do not hesitate to contact me I will do all I can to assist you.

Kind Regards
Tom

Ok, guys I had to ask Club World today about cash outs and if all forms are allowed still to players that are not in the 11 states that are banned, and it doesn't look good. I am still waiting news from them but so far this is what I got.

Now i wondered why the other day i got a promo email from club world giving the chance off a 50% bonus up to $100 with no roll over (wagering)

It just goes to show how crooked casinos can be to get deposits when things could go south for a couple off months 'with your cash'

Basicly alot players would most likely play it back if they won, when they find two withdrawal options.

CW is the only casino that kept my account open *and* gave me a $30 bonus (from my last $100 deposit) when I asked them to close my account because of the horrible payout % I had been getting.

Oddly enough, that $30 lasted much longer than the $100 ever did.

Then I get a $50 ND bonus via snail mail not 2 weeks later. That lasted long, but went quick as well.

Needless to say, they can keep my account open as long as they want, but I won't be depositing at any RTG again.

Funny enough most off my play went to inetbet, i only ever played at club world once and hit out early.

It would off been for more, but i hadn't played at rtg for such a long time i didn't know how much would be a reasonable bet for my balance, so i went safe.

I think i caught something crazy like three, 5 scatters on paris beauty, one during feature, two on triggering bet. In like 30 mins.

Always wanted to go back, but inetbet always do a good match every now and again.

I still think though that club world is looser than inetbet, hunch gut feeling call it what you like, its just there.

So Winbig would you say that rushmoore and the other rtg casinos here on the accredited list are as tight as say inetbet/club world. was going to try them sooner or later.

No idea. I've never played at Rushmore, and I'm staying away from RTG from now on - at least until they get their act together. :)
