hello first of all i would like to say this forum is awesome and love what you guys do with all the accreditation and everything. i just started playing online and saw that club world casino was a top 3 casino rated here so i gave it a try. i got lucky and won big after a couple of hits and decided i wanted to withdraw a bit out so i started to do my account verification. i sent everything (bank statement, id, verification form, credit card) to both [email protected] and [email protected] after talking to support and funny enough apparently they haven't received my emails at all. i don't know if they're just beating around the bush or what but it makes it feel like it. i doubt in this day and age that a simple email, especially after two sends to both emails, still get lost. i've talked to support numerous times. they told me to wait 15mins, then 30mins, i come back in 5 hours and they still haven't received the email. anyone else having this issue?
