I just had a pretty weird experience with Club World Casino. As usual, I received a mail from them telling me about their latest offers. This time I found one I liked:
Great, I thought, good bang for the buck this weekend. I'll give it a go! Open the Casino, go to the cashier, put in the code..
"Unable to redeem coupon, contact support"
I suspected I might have an old code still hanging around and contacted live support asking them why I couldn't redeem it. The chat went like this:
So..if they have a clause like this, why not just put it in the terms? Makes me wonder if there are any othe clauses they don't want to write down..
Did not expect this from an accredited casino! The bonus don't matter, I can actually agree on the clause, IF they bothered to put it in the terms anywhere.
Am I the only one thinking this is wrong?

Ian: I am afraid as you have only made one deposit so far you do not qualify to use this coupon. Only after you have made 3 deposits do you qualify to use the normal player coupons.
Ole: Oh, I see..why do you send me mails regarding these offers if they don't apply to me?
Ian: These offers are sent to all players.
Ian: The offer does not expire till sunday so you are still able to use it if you wish
Ole: I can't find anywhere in the rules saying that I have to deposit 3 times before being eglible, where do you state this rule?
Ian: It is not stated on the Promotion Terms and Conditions. But is for specific player classes
Ian: Is there anything else i can help you with?
Ole: Well, I'm still not clear on your bonus rules, where can I find a complete set of rules?
Ole: Including that last one you pointed out to me
