Resolved Club World BS!!! NO PAY!

I also understand that you can no longer send what you do not have or use any longer. What I was trying to point out was maybe the player in question has not even sent in a photo id and the verification papers to club world.
I know and for a fact on your second deposit with club your account gets locked till you do provide these. My friend just joined club and their account needs those papers. I drove over and helped them get them submitted and they are set to go. The free chip this player used was it loyalty points a managers bonus then if so then the cashout means for id should different also.
Have they also provided a updated bill to at least show who they are as the rest of the players had to provide all this info why should this person be any different. Seeing the lack of the op from returning to respond to any of these questions makes me wonder also.

not true in all cases....they never asked for docs, but took my money pretty easily....well over 2 deposits before a cashout :p

Wonder why the rules are different for other players. Even with their new casino
lucky red, they want my docs and even went as far as sending me a pop up message while playing on my first deposit. Customer service telling me i need to submit my docs in or no further deposits will be accepted. I tried to explain i have played their other 2 casinos for almost 2 years, id has been accepted and cashouts here and there and they still insisted on my id. So as it stands i will no longer deposit at their new casino. And to top it off, I am sure I read this right from their rep, that if your id has been accepted at club world there was no need to forward your id off to lucky red.

Well apart from not accepting verification from your Clubworld account I think they should be applauded for this policy.
If all casinos did this it would cut this sort of complaint down immensely.
In fact this particular complaint could not have come about.

I would much rather not have to provide any ID but I don't mind reasonable requests and applaud a proactive policy of requesting documentation after 1st deposit.
My only problem would be slow verification or unreasonable requests.

CLUBWORLD UPDATE

After further nagging and complaining on my part, they said they would take only one card. Why ask for 3 in the first place???

So I sent it in front and back. The next day they sent another email saying it had to be signed on the back. What the hell diference does that make???

Funny though I signed and sent a copy and in the mail I said Maybe you folks need a blood sample(as one poster also stated in reply).

It's like everyday they think of a new reason to reject me and have put the funds back into my account 3 times. Im not gonna play it because I reached the max cashout.
Anyway, thanks for the support in all ur replies.

PS If there is fraud doesnt it occurr regardless of a withdrawal??? LUIS

It doesn't matter whether the card is signed or not nowdays due to chip & pin, but if there is a place on the card for the holder to sign it, it looks a bit suspicious if they haven't. Not all parts of the world use chip & pin, and CS cannot know this. I can understand the frustration of having done the back & front images, and having to repeat the process just for the sake of signing the card, which may be unnecessary for normal use.

Much of the rest of this issue is down to the "parrot fashion" nature of front line CS. They generally work to a script of ways to react to situations, so if three cards appear as registered, they will routinely ask for all three front & back to be sent. CS cannot know whether a card is a gift card, closed card, etc, from the information held.
This kind of problem is down to the banking software, which does not allow for the differentiation to be made between different types of "credit card". It would help if players could "call a spade a spade", and register cards more specifically, such as being able to register a "gift card", or "virtual card" directly, rather than generically as a "credit card".
This would help security too, since they would know what types of card they were dealing with straight away, and could send out requests for relevant documentation earlier for types of card that are disposable.

CLUB WORLD FINALLY PAID

After arguing and complaining forever with chat. They agreed to pay. What really irritated me is that they told me that the other cards were used at a sister site. It's like when they asked there to be a signature on back of CC. What the hell does that prove?

I think these were all stall tactics hoping I would go back and play and lose. Anyway TY everyone for insight. HAPPY ENDING but I wont play there again. IT TOOK ABOUT 5 DAYS!!!!!! of back and forth chat and emails.

PEACE and ALOHA! Luis

I have to give Club World and the Customer Service staff their props, they are just doing their job as its your job as a player to make sure your docs are correct and this does include signing the back of any credit or bank card, its not a stalling tactic imo, but merly good business on the part of any vendor or(casino). The back of any card ,bank or credit should always be signed, they dont say sign here ,for no reason at all .........glad you got paid:thumbsup:...............laurie

I agree Laurie. This group is seldomly perceived to stall payments though on rare occasions they probably ask for more details that are sufficient. If they were really intent on stalling payments, a lot more players would be affected and they probably wouldnt have stated that once a player's docs are approved at one casino he/she wouldnt have to supply them again for the sister casinos.

I agree that the bank or card companies say to sign the back of the cards..But I can't ever remembering signing one and so far in the last 6 years all online gambling sites have taken my reverse side without a signature...I have to admit for a big withdrawal once I was afraid that they would ask me for a signed card which wpould delay rhe payment...Anyway, CLUB WORLD may have been dilligent, but IMHO, it was petty and could have been a stalling tactics.

Wverytime I write support concerning a withdrawal I always end by saying

"As a matter of principle, I absolutely, positively refuse to reverse my withdrawal request..The longer you take to pay , I can always go to another site , but I would rather play at your site"

I had to sign the back of my pre paid card for club world when i sent in my original docs, some casinos may ask for it and some may not but i always just go ahead and do it and be done with it, that way i know all my bases are covered and the burdens off me and its on them to pay me in a reasonable time frame, for which i have always been paid by club and sister casinos................laurie

Glad you got paid, and they dropped the request for the long-since discarded gift card.

I don't play clubworld, but IMO five days was not all that long to accomplish your verification, and it is completed now.

That said, it is of course your choice where to play.
