Club World / Affiliate Edge Court Date

A date and time has been set to hear Interactive Technology Corporation Limited's ( Owners of Club World and Affiliate Edge ) application to 'stay' my company's claim against them.

They are contesting the jurisdiction of the English Courts and also trying to invoke an arbitration clause.

It's odd that you have the same IP address as the owner of this rogue casino group. Are you related in any way?

As Dave mentioned, he is unable to discuss - and it would be a typical sleazy maneuver by these thieving bastards to try to get him to breach this agreement.
