Hi,

I do not know how many of you are familiar with this casino but if you haven't played there before don't start now.
I have a debt of around 5,000 euro and the casino is ignoring me for two weeks now.

They do not replay to emails and on my live chat I have been told that I will be paid some day in the future.
when I asked for the specific date they replayed that this information can not be disclosed for security reasons.
funny but true.

Well if you have a DEBT....just dont worry and dont pay it......if you have a credit or a pending withdraw than its a different story..........:D

Hope this guy gets some help... I don't know anything about the casino.
 
Club Tokyo seems to be having issues recently... poor support, delayed withdrawals, and worsened bonus rules. I'm not sure what is going on, as they used to be a lot better. On Thursday, Club Tokyo told me:

"We apologize for the delay in processing withdrawals, the finance department already processed the request it so happened that a minor problem in our system occurred that caused delays in issuing withdrawals but we already solve it and everything will be done by next week. As soon as an update in the status of our players withdrawal transaction has been made we will email them to be informed about the transaction."
 
This is a Playtech licensee I've never heard of.

I take it this is not actually a dispute over a bonus, but rather a refusal by the casino to pay.

I also have 371$ stuck in limbo at Club Tokyo. Twice I was told I would be paid by 'next friday' which I was not. This is only the third time in 4 years
I have problems with a casino.The other two was Prestige and Hype, but I eventually got my money for both..


But I have no problems getting into contract with the Live support that is still very polite. I was told this time it was a 'technical problem'. So thereforeI filed a complaint at the

since it is the software operator. I do actually not believe it is a technical problem, but lets see if Playtech likes how they lie about the course of the problem and blaming the software.
 
Club Tokio had very good support and service. They always paid me in 1-2 days :)

But now I have a big($7.5k) pending withdrawal for 2 weeks now :eek:

They are also ignoring my questions when I ask about my pending withdrawal. Now I see that more people having trouble with Club Tokio, perhaps Brian can contact Club Tokyo and get some clarification?
 
This casino had a bottomless reload bonus that was very advantageous to the aggressive bonus player and as a result I heard they got wrecked the past couple of months. Would not surpise me if they have run into financial problems because of this.

Maybe it did help that I submitted an inquiry at Playtech two days ago, they did reply to my mail very fast:
