Club Player owes me $134,350.20

They just arent big enough to payout a huge win. That is the problem with them and many other online casinos, but RTG and Playtech are the 2 big software providers who i believe do not require a huge amount of capital be escrowed by its new licensees. Which is why you see alot of the new casinos are one of these 2.

This is also the reason you DONT see it happen at MG and Crypto sites.

I hope this thread and Rogue-listing Club Player casino accelerates the cash out process. Acepedro you have been extremely patient with the casino and their non-payment :thumbsup: , and I hope you receive your funds as scheduled asap. Please keep us up to date and this thread bumped.

Two thumbs up also for Bryan for Rogue-listing Club Player - they definitely deserved it. People need to be constantly warned of. This is priceless work you are doing Bryan.

I know that you've accepted a payment schedule in this regard and that the casino is delinquent in following through with that payment schedule.

Did you accept a payment schedule as a result of terms and conditions that were originally spelled out when you signed up at Club Player or did you agree to the payment schedule after you won the money?

There are ways to escalate the total payment of funds inasmuch as the casino has violated the terms of the payment schedule.

The original T&C called for weekly withdrawals of $2500. The casino dwadled, delayed, wasted my time and played games for over a year, only managing to pay around 16k total. I got the CM site involved 2 months ago, we decided on an "amended" plan of 2k/week, and they made payments for 7 weeks, 14k total.

In summary, their behavior has been discourteous, unprofessional and unethical. Only when the tide of public opinion began to turn against them (thanks in large part to this site) did they begin making payments in a regular fashion.

The only thing I can say in Club Player's favor is that for the past seven weeks the casino has adhered to the payment schedule Bryan arranged with them.

Unfortunately for me, there is nothing I can do about the delay of more than a year before they began paying in earnest except continue to raise awareness of their shoddy practices.

Club Player breaks payments agreement AGAIN...

I hate shaming Club Player like this, but they really do leave me no choice. I would prefer to handle this kind of nonsense privately and professionally, but they simply don't respond to anything less than public shaming on this forum. You would think they would learn that they'll continue to lose business and profits over this affair with every boneheaded move they make, but they just don't seem to get it.

Hi Bryan,

Club Player is back to its old tricks. They have gone over a month since their last payment (September 5 for 2k). When I e-mailed them, they gave me the usual nonsense: They claim they need to know the e-mail from my Firepay account (even though they've made many payments to it already) and that they've been e-mailing both you and I trying to find out what it is.

Yeah, right.


In the end I gave them my Firepay and Neteller payment info again and told them they'd better shape up fast or I'd have to start badmouthing them again on your forum (no response). If you can do any prodding on your end, I'd appreciate it.
 
AcePedro just hang in there.

Don't give them a chance to skip any of the monthly payments. Stick to your guns and keep asking your payments every month. It's very unfortunate that they keep playing games like you mentioned.

The sooner they realize that they are losing a lot of income because of their actions the better. Stay away from this casino.
 
i have never in my life been treated by any customer service dept or business the way i have been treated by club player casino in the past week. i have been lied to, threatened by the cust. service rep who gave me false information after i told her i had a record of our chat, and ignored universally.

THIS CASINO IS A SHAM!!! PLEASE POST IT ON EVERY SINGLE WEBSITE POSSIBLE AND TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE. I'VE NEVER BEEN AS PISSED AS I AM RIGHT NOW AT ANYONE OR BUSINESS. I've had some problems with this group that have now been more or less resolved. I'm curious though, are they still meeting payments? Are they doing anything about the year of payments they basically skipped out on?

They are not doing anything about the year of payments they skipped out on. However, they have been on their best behaviour for a few months now, making their payemnts according to the schedule Bryan helped arrange. According to the rumor mill they are under new management. That may have a great deal to do with their improved customer service.

Are they still paying you now that Montana is shut down? Palace of Chance backed out of the agreement I made to accept half of what I was owed ($2455). Instead they send me only $800, then Montana was shut down, so I am still out $1645 on my agreement. Hope there is a new dispute system soon.
 
Marty, Has this issue been resolved? Since you had previously stated in the other thread that you had went back 4 years and everyone was paid!
