Club Player Casino is charging me $3,000+ to withdraw my winnings

Even after all that has happened, I honestly believe Club Player would like to grow their business and be successful; they just have terrible management.

If that was the case, they would fire their current management staff immediately. They've had more than enough time.

Perhaps if acepedro charges Club Player an 'interest fee' of $3k for the year that they withheld his rightfully earned funds....

Yep...what comes around goes around.

It's quite obvious they don't have the cashflow to pay him immediately, or else they would have.

Yeah right. If they were serious they would have to open a totally new casino with a new name and absolutely no connections between the old rogue ones. They have completely ruined their image already that there is no chance they would succeed with the current name. IMHO they will just keep taking as many deposits as they can and paying as little as they are able. The competition in the "good casino" sector is hard - being a rogue means you don't need to be that good and you get to save money on many things such as CS, software and pay-outs. This leads to better profit and in the end that is what is this is all about.

I'm glad for you that your complaints here have produced results. :notworthy Hail to Casinomeister. For me, if I would get paid from a rogue casino like Club Player it would feel like winning in the lottery. And if this forum has had major impact on the issue I would be browsing through CM's wishlist items. :D

i played there once, years ago, took a bonus and won. And the days after that i made the strangest experiences ever with casinos.
I was pretty sure, they didnt (or: dont) have anything that deserves to be called management or customer support.
whenever i sent them mail, it took several days, till it was answered by a - sorry - desperate housewife. And i thought: oh look, how nice, someone running a casino as a side job.

Sry: my german is much !!! better than my english.

I just thought I would post a reply to my questions to Club Player about my comp points and how little for so much I had. I said "hell you have to jump thru hoops to meet the requirements on such terrible play let alone when you do play forever to meet them you get 0 ( if any ) comp points from your own monies.
Here is their reply:
Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting us.

Good luck, the hoops you speak of are there because of the massive amount of bonus abuse. If you dont want to deal with it i suggest you play with no bonus at a reputable casino.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Sincerely,

Ralph

Now then, not only do they not give a rats a$$ but they admit they are NOT reputable AND suggest I find one if I can not deal with their ways~! Bonus abuser..Puh-leeeeese ! Give me a break, at that site it is almost virtually impossible to abuse anything considering it is a MEGA rarity to hit chit ~!Besides, I prefer the No Bonus, so whats mine will always be mine. ( no strings ) & no reason for them to question a thing. ( although you win they will try anything )
Not a problem at all to go elsewhere. I am certain there are more reputable site(s) that care more about the players out there somewhere. Being an American limits us drastically but I assure you if being stuck with them was my only choice I would rather shut my hand in a car door ~!!
As for the big winner above, it does not surprise me a lick they are doing everything they can to not pay, remember they advised me to find a "reputable" site..

Wish you luck on collecting your winnings.

Great post - especially this bit

The worst thing about the OP's problem is the ludicrous max cashout per week/month rule most RTG's have.
For such a sum ($150,000) it would surely be better & easier for everyone concerned if they just sent him the whole lot in one cheque. Job done, forget about it, move on...
If I ever became a high-roller I would never play at an RTG with such a crazy rule!

How I wish all online casinos were regulated & were forced to put warnings about these 'hidden' rules in with their promotional offers, eg:

"1000% bonus! Deposit $100, play with $1,100!"
(Note: Should be lucky enough to actually win, max cashout is $37.50 every 3-weeks is there if an 'a' in the name of the month)
:eek2:

They continue to deduct fees of varying amounts. They have "experimented" with many different methods of payment. I would guess that the shifting landscape of the U.S. banking regulations has to do with this, but they haven't told me anything.

Bryan tells me this is on his agenda and he hopes to have a resolution sometime soon.
