I have previously deposited with them on Playtech and did receive the 200% sub automatically on my first deposit. But I'm not entitled to the 2nd 100% that's for new players.

If possible could you please sort out the slots list, it's just a multitude of slots lumped together in no particular order. The mobile versions of slots are also in that section and shouldn't be, I thought I could play Tigers Eye only to find it was the "touch" version that tried to load.

A search box would be great, also maybe a provider filter. Even alphabetical order would be much better than it is just now.

The max withdrawal will be increased very soon although I do not have a date yet. This limit currently does not apply for jackpot wins on progressives as we have just paid a 130k win in full.
With regards to the refer a friend promo, I would have to check your details along with those players referred, so as to evaluate. Feel free to PM me so that I can have a look.

On the new platform the bonus is not deducted from the winnings (no sticky bonuses). Therefore after completing the wagering requirements and reaching a balance of e.g €500 you would be able to withdrawal the entire amount.

Furthermore we will be having a variety of bonuses, some which to redeem some only for wagering.

Lastly with regards to the new Welcome bonus (200% + 100%) this will remain exclusive to all new players or those who have not deposited prior to the move.
Admittedly, upon setting this bonus, a handful of players who had previously deposited, managed to receive it. As this was not their fault, we let them keep the bonus and use it.
Our regular players receive their daily reload and as mentioned in my previous posts, we are preparing a brand new series of promotions including a series of tournaments.

The terms you mentioned are standard for those instances of advantage play and as the terms state, they are strongly discouraged. As it would also be unfair to generalize on the actual amount bet, the value is determined by the specific player's activity. For the sake of fair gaming however each instance is reviewed and an outcome is given accordingly.

Furthermore with regards to the ineligible games, our welcome bonus is only valid on all slot games, which excludes all other categories. Our daily reload is currently valid on all games which makes things a lot easier for then player.
But in the light of your question, in the next few days, there will be a new bonus feature in the cashier which will not only show you the specific terms for the bonus, but also list the specific games valid for each bonus.

This will avoid all possible misunderstandings.

A second one was created just in case there were players coming in late and is currently active with 29 players. However the players who did not register are unable to see it.

Just received my money - amazing win!
