Just got a mail from Club Gold talking about their 'new platform' and checked out the site and it's NetEnt. I popped open the download (playtech) casino and couldn't connect, so I'm assuming they've switched over completely. I rarely played there but this is the first I heard about any change.

I'm just wondering whether this platform change was discussed already and I missed it?

Yay! One of my favorite casinos have gone Netent :)

I seriously love this casino and they would be so good as a Netent. Done all my spending for this week. But I'm hitting them up next week

Bummer they changed the bonus structure.

P.s. They've also got a bunch of other platforms including MG as well.

Well, this is the new trend it seems - 'super casinos' which provide hundreds of games like Videoslots/SkyVegas/Guts/Casinoluck etc. from several software providers. The one disadvantage I have noticed here is that some of these that were primarily Netent originally only allow bonus funds to be used on Netent games (probably taking advantage of the Netent variance..) so it's always good to read the terms.
Playtech have some good games but their name is pretty much sh!t due to the number of rogues they supply plus the notarized docs stunts they pull along with their casinos not paying jackpots in one go. Once good names like Boyle/ PP ever drop them, PT will effectively be operating on the periphery of the reputable casino scene.
It's saying something when there are more accredited RTG sites than PLaytech, and if Rival overtakes them, well........:what:

I agree, I think CG should have kept their PT games along with their new games. I'm a huge fan of PT. I've noticed that some accredited casinos do in fact have some PT games like Betsafe has Gladiator and Halloween Fortune. Which is good to see so the games will still be available to play.

I like Club Gold however I only played there for the Playtech ganes. If I want to play at a supercasino I would go with Guts or Bet-at or any other accredited casinos. With all these recent changes I wonder what is next?

As long as 32Red stays a download MG casino I will be happy:D

Nah that would have been too easy for them:rolleyes: I hope they continue to pay their affiliates (they probably will but you never know).

I shall miss the Playtech download. Club Gold is pretty much where I go for my Playtech fix, and I'm a loyal customer. Excellent support always, and bonuses I enjoy. My last few payments were shorter than the 4 day time frame they state.

Club Gold has always offered frequent (daily) bonuses, and it will be interesting to see what their marketing team comes up with. But even the best of the multi-providers don't play as well for me as download casinos.

It would be nice if they retain Playtech, but I'm not overly hopeful.

    Hi KasinoKing,

We are all very excited for this change, however due to the enormity of the task itself and a short time frame to complete it in, we gave all our affiliates as much notice as we could. This was done via email nearly a week ago which is also when the initial thread was started. We encouraged all our affiliates, as well as players, to contact us should they have any queries. Kindly note that there will also be a notification going out shortly to all affiliates regarding the updates applicable to them.

We will take your feedback on board and will do utmost possible to give all our esteemed affiliates notice well ahead of time. Should you have any additional questions, do not hesitate to PM me.

We wish to welcome all to the new and much improved Club Gold Casino experience!

    They've replaced the 100% daily bonus with a 20% daily bonus 20xB.

I was able to log in with my details from when they were playtech.

I can't see me playing though if they still have the four day payout.

    Hi jjezebel37,

Withdrawals were also a crucial factor to the change and the goal now will be to drop withdrawals to a max of 48 hours or less.

    Best regards

    Just to clarify

    Hi mrmark21,

The daily 20%, which applies on every deposit, has actually 10X wagering and in creases to 20X only if you play on progressives.
More bonuses and more tournaments are to come over the next few weeks.

    Best regards

    Dino G

That would be in the range of possibilities as Ladbrokes also have Netent games and Playtech, be it in different sections1, but indeed it would make a fun mix. Of course i don't know what Dino and his team are going to do, would love to know!

Hi Lisa, i know i have opened an account back when, and even cashed out on a freechip once i believe, also did a few deposits, but then you changed a lot of promos i joined up for, and since then i haven't been back. I did however receive no email, for ages, not even a promotional one:

Can you check if my account is active and in good standing? And if so, why i am not receiving mails?
    Cheers.
