[CLOSED] golden tiger withholds money, egocra agrees, CM ignores

... got suspected or better said convicted by the casinomeister as a fraudster...
I never called you a fraudster. If you were a fraudster you wouldn't posting right now.

Max and I were simply relaying information to help you sort this out. The casino suspected fraud and wanted you to prove otherwise. Max and I and many of the members here are leery of situations like this. What is happening is that there is a certain method of operation of fraudulent activity that you fall under. Sorry but that's the way it is. You didn't convince or Max otherwise or we would have pursued this.

If you've convinced the casino to re-look at this, by all means more power to you and good luck.

Crazyness...

Without going into any (confidential?) detail CM/Max - are there any tips/pointers you can offer in terms of this players behaviour, and what should be avoided? Indeed, was it behaviour that a 'legitimate' player could somehow be flagged with by accident, or something so definite and clear cut that you'd have to be behaving fraudulently to get tagged?

I'm convinced 99.9% of regular Casinomeister posters are honest, regular guys and gals who like a bit of online action :)D) every now and again... We may as well try and get something useful out of stuff like this if there are lessons to be learned.

When filling out your account information, ensure all of your contact details are up to date and correct.

And if I may add a few others:

1) If the casino is trying to reach you on a land-line to confirm your identity do the following (i) give then a land line number where they can reach you, (ii) do it promptly, and (iii) be there when they call.

2) if the casino thinks you are connected to fraudsters then go out of your way to prove your good intentions by asking them how you can help and assure them that you'll cooperate in any way to help resolve the issue. Like I said above, "No cooperation = no resolution, plain and simple."

And last but not least,

3) No matter how frustrated you may be it is unwise to do the following:
(a) begin your "please help me" process by telling us how useless you think we are.
(b) make vague accusations about us having "secret motives" or anything else as meaningless and unhelpful.
(c) complain that we are nagging you when we respond to your emails and/or PMs.

I'm sure there are other things but that's what comes to mind at the moment. Hope it helps. ;)

Cheers!

On the 'contact information' thing; I've come across this a couple of times. I've moved house quite a bit and changed addresses/telephone numbers more times than I can remember! The thing is, when this has been flagged as an 'issue' when I've withdrawn at a couple of places (i.e current information does not match what I signed up with!) -- it's always been resolved REALLY quickly when I've been able to demonstrate where I am now. I think that, even under these circumstances, I've mainly been ok because it's at places that I'm withdrawing back to the same card I deposited with - was this the case in this instance?

Agreed on the vague accusations, blah blah blah... Pointless and somewhat counter productive, but then some gamblers never cease to amaze me in the way they approach stuff!!

Has to be said that my own experience of a Casino Rewards Casino (Yukon Gold) has been awful - they have been sending a withdrawal to me for over 2 weeks and it still hasn't arrived. Perhaps if I was talking about 4k winnings it would be more understandable..but it's way less than 100 and the same amount I deposited.

They haven't replied to an email.

Live help is rarely better than unhelpful.

I don't doubt that I will get my money eventually, but with this and their horrendous promotions that make you want to avoid them, they're really not worth bothering.

Someone said 'Casi No Rewards' on another thread...and I'm inclined to very much agree.

Hi Shocked, I contacted them through chat the other day to find out what kind of promos they had going and they told me to go to the casino site. I then told them that I was thinking about playing there again and the chat operator replied, "It's up to you". While that is certainly true, these guys don't seem very into talking to customers. I hardly ever hear anything from them these days so it makes me wonder if all is well with CR.

I believe also that if I have deposited and lost thousands of dollars with all deposits coming from the same bank account, there is no reason to bother me when I do get a little ahead. I have never been asked for anything, but then I usually only get to cash out $1500 or so on a real good night. I mean, if they have taken probably 100s of deposits out of the same account with no incidents (NSF, chargebacks, etc.) then it's a solid bet that it is the legitimate account holder making the request. And that's all I've got to say about that!

Hi there,

Thanks for your interest :)

On my phone call with the casino I was told that no fraud is suspected, no "indicators connecting you to other players bla bla bla story", but rather that the only reason I didn't receive my money so far was that they couldn't contact me over the phone.

They said that once we make this phone call (which we did) and further documents are received (done that) I will get my money.

About the casinomeister "indicators connecting you to other players" - it's complete rubbish.
I am sorry I am using this word but what can I say? I am chasing my 3,500GBP (the 500 deposit was returned) for almost 6 months now, made the phone call they wanted, gave them a land line phone number as well, sent all the documents, had to wait ages for them to call me (which they didn't), got suspected or better said convicted by the casinomeister as a fraudster.

How much can a woman suffer

Something isn't right here. Casinomeister and Max were relying on feedback from the casino, which lead them to believe this was a fraud matter. They are now saying to your face this was not so, and it was purely a case of making the verification phonecall, and getting the appropriate documentation. Are the casino covering up a bit of poor service here, and at the same time making Max and Bryan look like "liars".?

You were never directly accused of fraud, but what WAS discussed is how you might be under suspicion of fraud, and this was why you were having such a hard time with the casino.
If it turns out that the casino have LIED during this case, such as saying they have called x amount of times, when in fact, for example, they merely TASKED someone to make the calls, but this was never actually done when they say it was, and they only ever tried the ONCE, which gave them the "voicemail".
I can believe this, because of the number of times I have had something "referred to......", only to find NOTHING ever happened about it.

With this group refusing to participate here, we do not have the benefit of having a rep to clarify what went on here, but that is THEIR CORPORATE DECISION.

Don't forget that eCOGRA was in on this too. If the casino has suddenly reversed itself then I'm sure they'd be interested to hear about.

Frankly, at this point I'm a little fatigued by this whole thing. The subtleties of Sandylady's story seem to change with ever puff of wind and she's got a bad habit of blaming us for decisions the casino is making ("fraudster", etc). We've given her the benefit of the doubt from step one and done her one favour after another by trying to help her out on this and she's dissed us for it every step of the way. Our decision was "Case Closed" and I see nothing that would change that: she's on her own AFAIK. Like CM said, if she's getting action out of the casino now what with all that's come before, more power to her.

case is resolved!

Hi everyone.

I have good news, I finally got paid!!!
Took a little over than 6 months but the money is in my neteller account now:thumbsup:

I would like to thank Casino Meister and Max for their help.

If I may, I would like to send a massage for all players out there with non-paid debts:
I know not all the stories end up like mine and that sometimes decent players don't get paid without any reason.
But, if you really take yourself to be a fair player, stick to your case, don't let anyone bring you down, don't let unfounded suspicions to deter you.
Try to get what is yours, sometimes it actually work.

Thanks again for everyone how showed interest in the case, you all don't get paid for it and I think it's great we have places where we can share info. and support one another.

Finally I would like to thank golden tiger casino for paying me. It did take them some time but eventually when they noticed I am a fair player they decided to pay even though it seemed they could have got away with it.

Bye.
