Suggestion Close Online Casinos - Coronavirus Pandemic

Nah, i know how the streamer-business work.
It would end up with me doing 25p spins on Jack Hammer or something crazy like that

I promise i would only ask you to do 10p spins on some of the megaways slots or play other 9p slots like kathmandu.

But if you were winning i would maybe ask you to highroll a wee bit and do a few spins on a 20p slot.

But to be honest you could just skip the slots and stream a nature documentary as i like them as well.

I think sisters kids have one of those gopro cameras.
I can borrow it and film when i go for my nightly walk in the woods.
Its dark as hell tho, but i guess i can bring a flashlight.

That sounds great lol.

But you would not film anything i want. Can't believe you live in north of Sweden and don't see wolves or bears on your travels.

closing online cashinos wouldnt be a wise move 1 thing companys still have got to pay wages and plus if land based is shut people will go online thats why more ads have popped up plus and world wide commision would never force them to shut as i cannot see a 100% world wide supension of every cashino linece in the whole world you

They are cowards.
Actually, depending on what time of year im out in the woods, i sometimes carry a stick or something with me to make some noise, hit some trees and whatnot.
You dont want to end up finding yourself between a mama moose/bear and their offspring.
Better to not encounter them at all. =)

Have you ever saw them tho. And doyou ever hear the wolves howling.

Not alot of wolves around these parts.
Yeah, moose i see quite often, bears not so much.
Moose&Deer are often out on the fields doing moose&deer stuff.
Very rare to see them in the forest, you sometimes hear them tho.

But after watching this video im pretty confident i could scare away a moose. :D

Edit: I would probably climb a tree instead.
They are pretty shit at climbing. :p

but when stuff reopens i can see some closures as they will get rid of some bingo halls arcades and bookies to thin out to keep the companys going

Certain streamers like Chipmonkz slots are cashing in on the pandemic, he has upped his content to almost 3 videos a day with the constant check out the casinos I’m playing today.
These streamers will go to any lengths to cash in, purely morally vacant.

I have noticed this particular streamer putting up more and more videos on YouTube in recent weeks.

He has now opened a family business with the recent addition of his wife incorporated into the growing affiliate operation:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

What nonsense.
Everyone reading this knows my feelings about affiliation in the form of streaming.
But closing all casinos is insane, What about the staff working in the casinos? They have families and bills like the rest of us.
We are already seeing airlines collapse, massive retailers and business go tits up.
Closing down another massive industry is frankly insane.
Yes the way many advertise them in this time is disgusting, and yes agree I’d clamp down on that.
But no way would I want to shut down the casino industry in the uk and see people become jobless like Iam.
Edit: didn’t mean to link this to this poster.
Was meant in regards to the OP

Perfectly normal for affiliates to register as businesses, for tax reasons. You can then pay the missus as a director and get more tax-free allowance, plus the small business tax rate is less than PAYE employees pay.

Guess it's not that smart to close any business what just can be open and pay some taxes (corporate and their staff), it's gonna be also economically so big shit storm worldwide if this keeps going for long all money at some point is probably needed. Many countries paying massive support packages for companies to stay alive over this (as they are now closed) and also to people who can't work and don't get any wages are getting some support.
All who possibly gamble over their means should use some tools to prevent it, give payment methods to family member that there's no access to money or what so ever is needed but few businesses which can operate pretty normally is just insane to close and make more people being without wages and lose their jobs, unemployment rate gonna be high enough without this kind of actions.

It's simple, strict limits! Deposit limits are offered on sign up and it's now become mandatory on some to select a starting one.

I understand where most of you are coming from with the situation however many people that are at home and never played at an online casino before are getting texts, emails encouraging them to try online gambling my mother/ many others got a text message from their local bingo hall that has been closed due to the virus outbreak to try online slots, bingo that's encouragement and I think that it's wrong while this Cornavirus pandemic is happening. While we are in isolation It's tempting many people around the world to cure the boredom for a little while I understand that casinos have limit options but many people are not aware of them and casino providers should send emails, banners across the page or popups while playing reminding people about responsible gambling.

Fully agree that it's not really ethical start to contact some new players with offers, like you said your mother got message that go play online as bingo hall is closed. Promoting online playing to new players is not cool as they have no idea about limits etc... and when you play first time you can lose your control much easier.

Casinos should only send promotions to existing players who have opted in to receive offers and who are familiar with playing and not surprisingly spend whole bank account balance there as it was exiting and i thought i can win very big. Also promoting RG tools would be responsible to do, always but especially now. Some casinos at least enforce some limits to players automatically which also is cool thing to do.

There are so many different type of casinos, some are way more responsible than others.

Some of the more morally responsible streamers are giving out warnings about playing more if you are stuck at home.At least the availability of online casinos may be helping to keep some people indoors who otherwise would be so bored that they would feel they had to go out and therefore putting themselves and others at risk.

Better still, why not just close down all websites? Might as well go the whole hog, shut the whole internet down while we are at it too?

True isolation that way.............. Come on, this has to be one of the most silliest things to even suggest. Shut down streaming services, shut down online shopping, everything, ISP's disable and shut down all their networks, Why not? is that what you would like too? :p

Just having some sarcastic banter :)

In light of another thread, I reckon there will be a conspiracy theory that you can get the virus through an internet connection. Some people are actually that stupid enough to actually believe it.

Stay well and safe everyone :)

Why don't the online casinos close down their sites until the coronavirus pandemic ends? While many countries are in lockdown millions of people are turning to online casinos like myself and wasting thousands of pounds, dollars whatever currency it is where you live because we are bored and cannot go out to spend our money on other things such as clothes, etc. I am living in the UK and all casinos, bingo halls, betting shops have closed so I cannot see why the online ones cant as well.

No

@DreamRJ That's kind of rude tbh if you read my OP/ other post I have made in this thread then you'll understand why I am concerned. Online casinos are thriving while this pandemic is happening so are most of the streamers promoting online casinos than ever before.

He might not have phrased it the best he could, but he does have a point. Amazon apparently are busier than they are at Christmas, so should they be forced to only sell food and essential items and remove the rest of their range?

Where are you getting the information that online casinos are thriving? I said a while back I thought there would be short term gains for them but that would be offset by long term loss of business, when people start getting a reduced income.

Yeah - where is the evidence that online casinos are "thriving"?

And again - this all boils down to freedom of choice and taking responsibility for your own actions. Most if not all casinos licensed in the UK and the EU have tools where you can limit your deposits USE THEM

Don't blame others for your lack of self discipline.

There are plenty of other things to do besides gambling if you're bored. Read, watch a film, start up a new hobby - paint, take photos - star gaze. Etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.....

Here's what Venus looked like last night in its waning gibbous phase:

So to close down online casinos - I vote no. They have employees like any other business that are trying to make do in some very trying times ahead.
