Out of curiosity, I emailed click2pay asking them what, if any, withdrawal methods were available for their US customers. (I don't have any funds in the account right now). Here's what they said:

CLICK2PAY now offers Wirecard as the only withdrawal method for its US
customers.
Wirecard is the online account of the Wirecard Bank which provides you
with a virtual and an optional classic prepaid MasterCard. The virtual
MasterCard contains all the card data necessary for making online and
telephone orders – the card number, expiry date, and Card Verification
Code (CVC2).
The classic MasterCard allows you to purchase at millions of online or
mail-order companies as well as points of sales worldwide where
MasterCard is accepted. It can also be used at any ATM bearing the MasterCard
logo in order to withdraw funds from the Wirecard account.
The Wirecard account is a product of the Wirecard Bank and is subject
to the regulations of the German Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin)
and MasterCard. It is therefore warranted that your Wirecard account
fulfils the highest security standards.
Please note that the Wirecard account and the virtual MasterCard cannot
be used for gambling purposes, online gaming/poker, or sportsbooking.
The Wirecard Bank AG will at all times prevent usage of your Wirecard
MasterCard on such websites.

2) Print, fill out and sign the attached documents for opening an
account and include a certified* copy of your passport or, alternatively, a
certified* copy of your driver’s license. Please send the full
documentation via postal mail to:

3) Reply to this email and send us your Wirecard user name or email
address.
Please note the following:
- The Terms of Service are for your private folders. You do not have to

- Step 1 and 2 need to be completed only once.
We will process the withdrawal from your CLICK2PAY account to your
