They should be taken to task on this, this group just keep on doing this, there is a fuss, it dies down, and they do it yet again.

IF you deposit through Click2Pay, FATF rules require them to attempt to pay back this way. Likewise, if the deposit came from Neteller, the same FATF rules require the cash-out is returned that way.

I am not making this up, the CASINOS are who keep banging on about how "our hands are tied by FATF regulations" when players like to deposit one way, and have payment via another.

1) Complain to Neteller, point out that you used their services to deposit, yet the merchant REFUSES to pay you back this way - this makes Neteller "look bad", and they might just care, especially if you are a VIP.

2) Click2Pay - dodgy as **** in my opinion, they screwed me over good & proper, and blamed my CARD ISSUER, but when I said "OK, I will take this up with my card issuer", they had an abrupt 180 degree turn and refunded the "illegal fees" they were blaming on my card issuer. My card issuer also DENIED the extra fees and "irregular" currency conversions had anything whatsoever to do with them, and were none too pleased that my responce was to close my card account just in case there was something odd going on.

After UIGEA, we now KNOW Click2Pay are a tad "fly", given the way they started holding funds to ransom unless customers could somehow "win $1500" at the casino to enable a withdrawal.

Best option would be to deregister the Click2Pay account with Grand Hotel, and let it lapse (don't close it, just in case some casino decides to pay back to it).

Many casinos will consider zeroing out on a deposit as starting a clean sheet, and will no longer see old deposits needed to be returned.

Palace Group casinos MAY be a way out of this, they will often pay everything back to the MOST RECENT DEPOSIT METHOD.
As an example, I deposited into Prime through Neteller, but my last deposit was through a credit card. This last deposit produced a cash-out, and the WHOLE LOT, not just the deposit, went back to the card.

This might work, deposit everything in Click2Pay, and then follow with Neteller, any cashout may then fo back to Neteller (provided there is no huge imbalance, such as 10K by Click2Pay and then $50 by Neteller to get it all back to Neteller).
