I am sorry to start yet another Click2pay withdrawal thread but in each thread I have read someone seems to always ask what their official response is to the withdrawal process so I will post the official response I got via email this morning from click2pay.

They seem to be offering two options, a wire transfer if you have the SWIFT code of your bank or Mailing a check for $15.00 which I am not sure I have seen mentioned before in the threads I read.

As mentioned in other threads the proper email address is withdrawal.click2pay@click2pay.com and if you inquire and they send you a reply telling you to reply to that email make sure that you remove the S from the end of the word withdrawal in the reply since they have the wrong replyto address in their emails. I have informed them of this oversight.

I do apologize for adding yet another thread so if any Mod thinks it should be moved or deleted please do so and accept my apology for this post.

My email to Click2Pay: withdrawal.click2pay@click2pay.com

To whom it may concern, when I signed up for your service there was a withdrawal button on my screen but since then it has been removed and all emails I send to the support email address have gone unanswered so I did some searching and found this email address on a forum where some people have emailed this address and have gotten withdrawals wire transferred to their bank accounts here in the United states of America. I have nearly XX thousand dollars in my account and I would just like to know how I get some of my funds if not all of them transferred back to my bank account.

In the posts I have read they said that they have been requested to send all the account information along with the banking information via a standard email to this address withdrawal.click2pay@click2pay.com so I am asking if this is the only method you are offering for people that would like to withdraw their funds.

I for one believe this is a very unsafe method of transferring such information and it makes no sense to have a secure login at your website for my deposits and account information but if I care to withdraw I am asked to send a clear text email containing all my information that can be easily read if it is intercepted in transit.

Please advise me on the current status and procedure for USA customers to make a withdrawal from your service. Thank you

Didn't someone post here about having their $1500 withdrawal to their bank denied because it was exactly $1500?

Yes Mousy, I read that in one of the earlier threads as well, I just put in a withdrawal for 2800 just to see how it will go before I withdraw any other funds but I am taking them at their word that the amount is supposed to be 1500 or above plus that they will not ask you to provide all your information in the email. If I get the $2800, I will make another withdrawal for exactly $1500 to see if it gets denied and let people know on here what happened. I would have done one for just 1500 this time but I wanted to take out a little extra since I got hosed badly with the neteller freeze because I waited too long to withdraw lol.

I hear ya! ;) Let us know how it goes.

I sent them the withdrawal request yesterday by replying to the initial email reply I received from click2pay, I resent it this morning asking for a confirmation since they did not reply and an hour later I got a reply that the withdrawal would be processed on Monday the 26th, the $2,800 has been removed from my click2pay account as of this afternoon and they said I should see it in three to four days in my bank account. I will keep this updated if it goes through as planned.

Feb 22rd. Requested $2800 Withdrawal Via Wire Transfer
Feb. 23th. Money removed from my account
Feb. 26th. (day they said the wire transfer would go out)
March 1st. $2798 arrived in my bank account ($2.00 transfer fee)

Not a bad turn around at all and it looks like they were true to their word. I did not have to email or follow up the withdrawal once I made sure it was confirmed with support that the withdrawal was to be sent via wire transfer.

It looks like the wire transfers take three to four days and have a fee associated with them so keep that in mind also. I was never informed that there was a transfer fee but I was just glad to see it in my account so the $2.00 didn't bother me at all. I have seen other threads about the trasnfer fee and it was higher than mine so it is something others may want to keep in mind or at least inquire about if they are expecting a certain amount, leave room for a wire transfer fee also.

All in all, I am pleased with the process and will be making another withdrawal this Friday for $1500 just to see if it gets denied since others have said that $1500 or below gets denied even though click2pay says $1500 or above will be processed.

Did you see that fee explicitly charged (by either c2p or your bank?), or did it just kind of "go missing" from the transaction?

Mine "went missing", and I haven't yet confirmed how exactly it fell out. I don't have any experience with wire transfes though, so it might be ignorance on my part.

I am not sure when or where the fee was taken out, on their end or my banks end. Click2pay never mentioned a fee for the wire transfer but they did say a paper check would be $15.00. The wire transfer was supposed to be for $2800 but it showed up in my bank account two dollars short, I have not gotten my paper statement yet and will let you know if it makes any other mention of the missing $2.00.

I just got an email from c2p confirming that their accounting charged a $2 transfer fee in my case. They probably did for you too.

In my case that still leaves a 25.03 shortfall. I'll attribute the 3 cents to a clerical error. Not sure about the 25 yet.

well, my second withdrawal is not going all that well. I have emailed them three times the last three days asking for a withdrawal now I am going to withdraw everything I have left if I ever hear from them again. I got burned bad by neteller and I am not too trusting of click2pay remaining around with the way they are having people withdraw.

Took them three days to reply but they have stated they will transfer my balance on Monday the 12th. so I guess you just have to email a few times and not be in a real hurry for a response but I will eat the fee's to fund that account when I care to gamble instead of leaving anything in it since I just don't like this whole email withdrawal method since I have a few thousand in limbo with neteller I am just a tad gun shy leaving too much out there anymore and it should save me in the long run since I have been gambling like an idiot lately burning through cash lol.

I have to say that Click2pay was true to their word and did initiate the transfer on the 12th as they said they would and it arrived in my bank this morning on the 14th.

I cleared out my account but did not close it since I have withdrawals from a few casino's still pending to the click2pay account. I doubt I will close it but I do not plan to leave more than 1500 in it at any one time since the delayed response to my withdrawal request just got me spooked that they were going to pull a neteller lol :-).
