I just received this email from click2pay in response to my withdrawal request, IT IS NOT GOOD NEWS!!!!

Thank you for contacting the CLICK2PAY Service Team.

Due to recent developments and to the existing legal situation in the US, we
cannot process any wire transfers to US customers until further notice. We are
sorry for the inconvenience.

Of course your funds remain accessible to you in your CLICK2PAY account.

We can assure you that we are currently working on implementing a solution to
this problem.

We suggest transferring your funds to any merchant website and using the
withdrawing options there.

We assure you that we are working daily to improve our services and processes
and hope you will remain a trusted and valued user of CLICK2PAY.

I REPLIED THE FOLLOWING:

Management,

This is unacceptable as you are able to process deposits from my Bank Account with no problem.

I do not understand why you can not process this as a REFUND to my credit card or for that matter send an ACH as they are no coded as Wire Transfers require.

There is no reason that a refund can not be processed to my debit card, it is not a charge card per say.

What if you had erroneously processed debit transactions to my bank account, how would you pay it back to my account. Clearly this can be accomplished.

or what if I were to dispute charges up to the amount in my Click2pay account wouldn't you have to pay the amount successfully disputed back to my bank account. There has to be a solution. You are billing my debit card as CLICK2PAY so why can you not send an ACH or debit card refund as CLICK2PAY. Please provide me a detailed answer.

Also, why can you not send me a check?

I do not think merchants will allow me to return all of these funds back to them. Also, when did you plan to notify ACCOUNT HOLDERS of this change? This is breach of contract

If the U.S. considers these accounts a "Foriegn Bank Account" then Click2pay is obligated to return the funds they are holding or pay us any interest they are being paid on our funds. They are full of it. The charges are deducted from my bank account as CLICK2PAY so they are the ones processing the debit card transaction so they can easily refund charges the same way. Someone, such as the casinos, need to go to bat for us.

I figured it would come to this, looks like I am pretty much done playing online now. Now I have to find a way to cash out what I just won the last two weeks. Sorry, I am just rambling here, thanks for the info Footdr.

CLICK2PAY DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR ALL TRANSACTION ON 5/17

On top of them denying my withdrawal of $4000.00, As I redeposited money on 5/17 to various casinos, each deposit was subtracted from my C2p balance of 4000.00. THEN THEY CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT DEBIT CARD TOO.

Their response when I advised them that they submitted duplicate charges of over 700.00 to my checking account was to send them a copy of my statement.

Are they out of their minds!!!! I told them that they should be able to investigate it on their end. Response: we only show one debit for each transaction!!!! So I have to prove they doubled billed me and can't do that until closing date of my next statement as they will not accept a copy of only the transactions in question, even though each of them has their transaction number on it and they could easily look it up with that number.

They are totally incompetent to handle large sums of money. They couldn't manage their way out of paper bag!!!!!!

Jerks!!!!!!

Its only the beginning

This is why I got all my money out of these processors and the Casinos. We're getting very close now to the implementation of UIGEA Designated Payment System Regulations. The current voluntary status will turn to enforcement. You think they are going to wait till the last minute! No doubt C2Pay has been planning this move for some time, with no intention of telling you. The reason is obvious; we're U.S players, we're screwed so we don't matter. And there is lots of money to get stuck, in their Banks.

This is partly why Lojo and Eduun are gone for now.

Just wondering if anybody knows if Click2Pay is allowing players from the U.S. to withdraw funds from their Click2Pay accounts?

A casino opened a Click2Pay account for me (unbeknownst to me), and I was under the impression that we (U.S. players) were unable to withdraw money from Click2Pay. I asked the casino about this and they did reply but I don't want to post their reply...so any information that you may have in regards to Click2Pay I would appreciate.

You can PM me if needed..

Click2pay Problems

Click2pay took away the U.S. tollfree #, the withdraw link and now DOES NOT PROCESS ANY WITHDRAWALS TO U.S
They advise you to deposit your funds at a casino and use another payout method to get your funds back to your bank account.

If you haven't started dealing with them, DON"T. They are a royal pain!

I haven't used the Click2Pay account and I don't really have any plans to do so. I emailed support at the casino that opened the Click2Pay account for me and they stated: "Kindly note that you are able to withdraw funds from your Click2Pay account, however, at this time they process US funds only in the form of a check." Does anybody know if this is true? This was an accredited casino that opened this account for me, and I don't understand why they would open this account if there is no way to withdraw funds from it.
