I agree with the only part of this whole scheme being in the US is the credit card and check processor. I wouldn't be touching this with a 10 foot pole.
1) The software only seems to work on select computers
2) The whole idea the actual game administrator is in Cyprus, and keeps changing platforms every so often. To avoid being a gambling site seems shady.
As for the W9 form, you have no idea how much information on that form really gives you away. Basically they have enough to open a simple charge account in your name. I really would be careful with how much information I give to these people.
