I agree with the only part of this whole scheme being in the US is the credit card and check processor. I wouldn't be touching this with a 10 foot pole.
1) The software only seems to work on select computers
2) The whole idea the actual game administrator is in Cyprus, and keeps changing platforms every so often. To avoid being a gambling site seems shady.

As for the W9 form, you have no idea how much information on that form really gives you away. Basically they have enough to open a simple charge account in your name. I really would be careful with how much information I give to these people.

It is funny how this same question has been on my mind. I tried previously to down load the casino but i could not. Now that i have a laptop instead of a desk top i wanted to try again but i want to wait for more information to see if it is even worth my time.

cleos vip rooms games are also at casinoval there not acredited or anything like that and they pay slow but apart from that i have had no issues and never been asked for more than the normal things to take money out so if your only after play on there game this might be a safer option for you i think it took 10 days to get my 500 winnings into my web wallet so if your into these game start out with a small deposit and take it out my last cash out there was over a year ago so there terms may of changed ask support alot of questions

I would hope many members wouldn't be playing there. I have seen plenty of reported problems at at those "other" forums where all the members do are play rogues.

I have seen where it takes months to get paid, if your not weak and play it back. There facebook use to have all kinds of complaints, but then I think Cleos got smart and started deleting the negative comments. Also I see they haven't posted in 11 days on Facebook which is weird, because they used to post everyday.

I think what I am trying to do more than anything is get back up to speed on additional "safe" options from the valued members here on the forum. I am in love with 3Dice and Club World Group because they come through each and every time with w/d as planned, advertised and expected. Money arrives like clockwork.

Slots Capital has a variety of platforms and provides plenty of options, including both Miami Club different games and now their Top Game product through Black Diamond.

My question on Virtual was NOT driven out of a desire to go there, just curiosity, knowing how BAD they were before. I have had enough of the roller coaster ride of "will I get paid??" from sites before I joined CM in 2009.

There are a few I take a chance on with small deposits but I generally stick to the tried and true accredited ones.
