Been playing this slot a little over a year and my biggest hits were twice 200x base and a couple of 150x scatter bonus.

I play it alot because i have had a good frequency hit rate of bonus rounds even though 75% of the time they range from 5x to 20x average and even with a 2 or 3 retrigger which is rare when it hits, it is in between 50x and 100x.

So, anyway I took a week break recently from the site and ended up doing the stupid and chased my losses the other night but i encountered nothing but errors during my play and the game was as dead as a doornail.

I gave up that night and done a bit of complaining with the screenshots to support and the next day on my last 20 odd deposit low and behold I hit a scatter with a 4 x scatter retrigger on 1 euro spin and came away with 103 out of the bonus round. Needless to say 20 mins later i was back to zero with the dead spins.

Now since i joined this site and started playing this game the first couple of sessions it played like dirt, sort of what i experienced the other night. But Novibet Ireland took the game down for about a month the week after i started to play it.

After the month, at some stage it came back and played like a game on steroids for a while. So it became my go too slot because i had actually enjoyed it for a while.

But in saying that, there is a lot of wonky wheel spins and disconnects and sounds disappearing in the (only very recently the sounds) bonus rounds for some reason.

Anyway so back to the other night i deposited and lost pretty quickly 500euro and a complete error ridden session with a turn over of 1500euro solely on this slot,

Contacted support and sent all these screenshots only to get clear cookies browser etc and speak to the hand. I have even asked for a bonus as goodwill gesture for the problems experienced and told no, even though i pumped in some serious money in the last 2 months into site on top of the course of the year.

I will add any Greek support on this site that i have experienced has been the worst avoiding the point and clueless along with ignorant. but recently some english speaking natives have made up for that.

I will in future take my play elsewhere because this site just does not add up, in my opinion anyway. I have just had my blinkers and fantasy on for too long.

Any ideas or experience with this site or what do you think about these errors?

i would keep a window open that shows your CPU percentage as you play...maybe your PC is maxed out whenever you get these errors.
Another possibility is your internet access which again you should be able to find something that can tell you if your internet has issues when you get those errors.

That's about all the suggestion I can give you...you will need to look online to figure out my suggestions as I have never had to try them but it's what I would try

Thanks for your input but I don't think that is the reason as I have a descent enough laptop and while playing nothing else top heavy running and the internet connection is stable. Plus it is only this site, so....

I raised a complaint with them but they ignore it and don't reply.

It's just not normal, I've been playing this slot for a year on and off now.

Thanks for your input but I don't think that is the reason as I have a descent enough laptop and while playing nothing else top heavy running and the internet connection is stable. Plus it is only this site, so....

Your right! I just asked them for my RTP on this game since I started playing and they tell me this can take up too, 2 months! Somethings not right about Novibet Ireland, might have a licence and are regulated but something doesn't add up with them.

I've played with them long enough and it is beyond bad, yet they have all 5 stars reviews on TrustP....
