Class 1 Casino don't pay my winning!

As far as I know, I have threaten you by telling the truth in public forum if you don't pay. Do you think this is wrong?

Yes, it is wrong. Using our forums as a threat is intimidation and black-mail. If you don't see what's wrong with that then you clearly have a mistaken impression of what Casinomeister is and stands for. See our front page, https://www.casinomeister.com/ , for details.

It's not only wrong - it's totally uncool. The purpose of the complaints' section of the forum is to solve problems. Threats are not considered a valid form of discussion.

@palapaisti This may seem disappointing for you, but that's the way you affect real change in this industry; you check your baggage and egos at the door.

I don't know the exact details of the promo that palapaisti had a prob with, but I can guess that the casino had enforced some anti-abuse clause which unfortunately can be very subjective and can be misconstrued as a license to pay whomever the casino chooses to pay. If they don't like they way you play, they negate your pay out. That's not a good thing.

There is a section of Casinomeister's philosophy that Kevin@Class1 may find helpful - specifically Dealing With Players - advantage players:

Just to clarify something first, the user "palapaisti" contacted me first via private message and threatened that he will post this to the forums unless he gets paid. He said that he doesn't really care about money (only about honesty), but we have to pay him in one day, otherwise...

In his case, the bets he made were higher than 100% of his initial deposit amount and he was recognized as a bonus abuser. Again, I admit that the terms were written too loosely, but we have already made the necessary changes to avoid such cases in the future. This does not change our decisions in the past, though.

To the poster Palapaisti, threatening to post on a forum, or this forum...or using the CM name to threaten a rep/casino, usually isn't a great move. There are other ways of pleading your case ie. dealing with the rep privately, posting a detailed and civil complaint on the forum and using the PAB (Pitch a Bitch) service offered here at CM.

Kevin, I highlighed the above part of your post......because IMO there is so much fundamentally wrong with it. That is....if you ever want to dig yourselves off the rogue list. First, no such thing as bonus abuse. There are bonus users, advantage players.....but you can't abuse something that is freely offered and accepted. In some cases (especially at Playtech), you have reps popping up constantly offering bonuses to players. You can't then turn around and penalize players for taking you up on the offer(s). And second, by your own admission, the terms were "written too loosely". So, whose error is that? Is that the player's fault or the casino's? It most definitely sounds like the casino's fault to me. It is their job to protect against unwanted play, by writing terms and conditions that are clear and concise. Again, you cannot penalize players who abide by the T&C's AS THEY WERE WRITTEN. It was you guys who made the error, so you need to suck it up and pay anyone who played and won under the terms, as written at that time. JMO.

Well if things dont work out for the casino in 12-18 months they can just change there name again so nobody has any idea who they really are :D

I had no clue that it would be prohibited. Can't see this being blackmailing, because I just gave them chance to pay my _winnings_ without making this case public. Did not find anything against it in this site, but now I know and don't do it again.

I was just quite pissed off, when Kevin came here claiming their casino to be fair and honest. I thought there would have been slight chance they pay me if they really want to get out of the rogue pit. But there seems to be many cases similar to mine. I did not even write my experiences here last October when I found out googling that they are the same rogue casino than Maxima (thought they were already blacklisted and there was no chance of getting winnings).

Good writing. They had clear bonus T&C and wagering requirements for bonuses which I fullfilled.

As it is stated on Casinomeister site:
If the casino makes an offer of a bonus, and the player accepts it, the casino is obligated to go through with the offer. If the player accepts this offer the player is obliged to follow the posted terms and conditions of the bonus. If the player meets the wagering requiremetns, he should be paid. Simple as that.

I don't see any reason why Class1Casino should not be blacklisted.

I agree, if you are searching for a casino that gives you a mathematical edge, we are probably not the ones for you. But if you are searching for a casino where you can play the longest with the minimum possible money spent, we should be one of the first choices...

Sorry, but bonuses do contain mathematical edge and if you can't afford advantage players then the only correct way is to stop giving out such bonuses, not confiscating winnings due to arbitrary "bonus abuse".
