Since many have problems with Playtech, I just wanted to let everyone know some of my experiences. I enjoy Playtech over other software because of their graphics, game play modes and the games they offer. I recently withdrew $1000.00 from CityClub Casino and after waiting the initial 4 days of reversal withdrawal period I just received an email today informing me my funds have been forwarded to my bank. Awesome job CityClub I had no problems what so ever and great friendly customer service. I highly recommend this casino to anyone as I have made it my first choice. I also recently withdrew $4000.00 from Grand Online Casino but had to go through major hoops sending docs and many phone calls to them but finally they did pay (about 5 weeks) and I was informed that after the initial docs were sent the first time that all other withdrawals in future would be faster. Their customer service could be a bit more competent and nicer since I did have few altercations with two customer service reps saying I never sent docs after I double checked by calling when I sent all docs by fax and customer service said they received them. But after finally talking to security department all was figured out and they stood by their word and paid me so I would recommend Grand Online as well. Las Vegas USA casino is also another fast and no problem pay casino. This is just my experience and my opinion as to which Playtech casinos I would and DO play at. Hope this helps someone who wants to know some of the Playtech casinos that are reputable.

Thank you for your post man. I just withdrawal 4000$ from Flamingo Club Casino, which also belongs to Goldenpalace group. 5 weeks, that's very slow. I hope that's would be faster to me. My friend told me he got paid only in 12 days.

I'm sorry I can't say anything about Flamingo Club because I never won there but as I said, Grand Online told me after the first initial withdrawal where you have to send docs and have to wait until they are verified, withdrawals in the future will be faster because they don't have to verify your information. I'm assuming because Flamingo Club is in the same group they all go through the exact process so I think you will be looking at the same time frame or close to it. Hopefully you will get lucky and it will be faster then what I had to wait. After about 3 weeks I really kept on their toes and was calling about every other day or two just to make sure everything was going well. It was my first withdrawal from this Casino group so I was a bit nervous but now I have no qualms to play there since I was paid.

That is all such BS. I cant imagine waiting 2-4 weeks for MY money. Hell, I think waiting 48 hours is bad

Just signed up at CityClub which I know is silly after just having a moan about Acropolis but I do like playtech games and if i can find one that pays out without any big hassles then I will give them a chance

Ive got hassles already
As they dont take Debit cards and my NETeller is empty I was going to use my visa
As you all know on playtech you register your card and have to choose visa or mastercard from a dropdown box well this box was empty
I asked sam on livechat about it and the response was that I might have problems depositing using a credit card as I signed on to play in GBP
This makes no sense to me and doesnt explain why I cant register a card
Sam was also deperate for me to use click2pay telling me I would get an extra $25 bonus after him telling me my acc was in pounds he offers me dollars
I said I didnt like clicks charges especialy for withdrawals and sam says I can withdraw from the casino by a different method
Now I thought that as part of this aleged security that casinos have withdrawals are paid back to the deposit method whenever possible
Its a shame cos its a 100% 100 bonus d/b x20 and I havent read every word of the t/c but havent found a statement saying bonus for wagering purposes only

Have u tried Bet 365?
Reliable, great service, most probably fastest payouts from all playtech casinos. (not comparing any vip services around, just regular players)

No offence, I am surprised from your post. Probably I dont know everything. If you could write or PM me a thread about problems with bet 365, I will check it out.

Its not the 365 casino that is the problem
As far as I know it is as straight as they come

Its the sportsbook
Dodgey palpapable errors
restricting me to 6 at evens (my previous 3 bets were losers)
So not risking losing at the casino and giving them more of my money

The security told me my account had been approved .(the first identity email was sent on 7/30, and the second inquiring email was sent on 8/02 )
Waiting for the payment hit my Neteller account.......
