City Club - Extra 10% for alternative payment methods

What do we think of this? They claim to give 10% extra, but when you ask, they say to go ask the payment provider...

Neteller do have their own promotions so that is probably correct what support is telling you.

With these kind of joints you need everything you can get. And this has nothing to do with Neteller specifically, it usually goes for all E-Wallets. Anyone can see that it's their promotion, not an advertisement banner...

You will probably find the 10% extra bonus will be available on neteller deposits but like any other casino it would not apply to the first deposit bonus as they wont give you 2 separate bonuses on one deposit. Do not get why if someone was to say deposit £20 and get a £80 bonus that they would make such a big deal of not getting the extra £2 bonus for depositing by neteller. But each to their own.

You really believe that? How would Neteller know when to give an extra 10%? I always use Neteller for dozens of casinos and only when the casino specifically states that you get an extra 10%, you actually get it. I was just making sure for future deposits, not for this one. And btw, I usually *do* get it on 1st deposits, like on VegasPalms, GoWild etc. Obviously I'm not going to play here.

live chat don't always have a clue, but if that was the promotions page you showed then im sure if you clicked the neteller box and made a deposit using neteller then you ill get the extra 10%. But not at same time as you claim a 400% sign up bonus.

City Club is very generous bonus-wise, but they have other problems, and clueless support is the least one of them.

If you still want to play there don't bother about the 10% extra as it would likely come with the extra WR calculated separately (so the deposit amount would be factored in twice in the total WR).
