Citadel Commerce is a well established payment processor with main offices in British Columbia and a European headquarters in London.

Today, ESI Entertainment Systems Inc, a publicly traded company on the Toronto stock exchange announced that it's subsidiary Citadel Commerce will no longer offer financial processing to non-domestic Internet Gaming merchants for USA consumers.

What this means is that US based internet gamblers will no longer be able to use Citadels range of payment methods to fund their sportsbook, poker & online casino accounts.

In a statement from ESI, they said that this decision was made by the You must register/login in order to see the link.

You are now chatting with 'CSR008'
CSR008: Hello, Citadel Support, how may I help you?
    you: hi
you: is it true you are no longer processing transactions for us customers
CSR008: Unfortunately we have to advise you that as of 3:00pm PST today, Citadel Commerce ceased processing US transactions originating from or going to non-US gaming merchants. Therefore, if you were planning on using our service to fund or cashout from an online gaming site that is based outside of the United States, we advise that you find an alternative payment method.
you: would that include an ach transfer from jackpotfactory group to my bank because it is already in process
CSR008: if its done today, it will be declined back to the merchant
CSR008: and you can just request the cashout a different way
you: ok thanks i will contact them immediately

    winbig Keep winning this amount.

Depends on if the funds are *at* your bank, or still waiting to be transferred from Citadel's.

I would call your bank in the AM to double check.
