I think cirrus ist not only "not recommencded" but should definetely be rouged.
Their marketing is painful and stupid. Yes, its the famous 7th floor, 7th building....we all know now.

I have got mails from them for months now, and it is absolutely impossible to unsubscribe.

I give you one example:

That is the standard message, i always get, when i press the magic "unsubscribe buttom.

How can such a blunderish casino exist and still earn money??????

Why would you click on any unsubscribe link when it's widely known that it's most times a tool for spammers to make certain that the email address is a live one?

But how would you judge a casino (so called "casino"), which reacts in the way i described.
Rogue me for stupidity- ok- but them for perverted marketing.
