Cirrus casino are slow payers!

Dormant account
Hi,
From what I can tell, Cirrus casino takes a long time to pay out winnings to players. They agreed to only pay my win in 2k increments, in weekly payments. On top of this, it has been well over a week since my cashout, and I haven't recieved any payments yet.

Is there any way to get through to them? Has anyone gotten them to speed up their payments? :what:

My complaint is not with the casino itself, as Cirrus is a good casino (IMHO), and the customer service is very friendly. My only problem thus far has been with my cashout delay.

Thanks!

This casino should be up for an award on delayed payments. This has been a habitual problem for the past couple of years. Have you PMd their rep?

Nope. Would you kindly direct me on how to do so?

And yeah, it seems like a real shame that they have a problem with delayed payments. They are a really great casino otherwise.

Thanks!

Up toward the top of this page where you are right now you sill see a link for Casino Contacts. Thusly...
https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/groups/

When you click on this you are taken to a list of reps in alphabetical order, scroll down a bit and you will see "CJCirrus" on the left and buttons for PM and Email on the right.

Good luck.

Thanks, great walkthrough!

Would anyone care to share their experience with Cirrus' payouts?

I'll keep this updated with any developments.

My advise would be to keep tab on them. Contact the manager every few days until payment has been made. Be polite but presistent. They will try to get you to reverse your withdrawal with bonus offers, etc. Be strong.

My one and only cash out from Cirrus took well over 1 month to be paid out after numerous chat sessions and one phone call, even after having sent all the required documents the day of the cash out.

Needless to say, I do not play there anymore.

Update on my Cirrus night mare - They have at least put the money back in my account: $25,000. It had been missing for many weeks. After ignoring my emails and PM's for many weeks, I got a PM from Christine saying, "Very sorry for any delays, I'll look into it." Ok, here I am Christine, make me a happy man.

This is money I've been trying to collect since I won it OVER A YEAR AGO.

The biggest frustration (besides this whole payment delay in GENERAL), is the fact that Cirrus isn't keeping their promises. Already a couple times I have been told, "promised", or "guarenteed" a payment - tomorrow, this saturday, early next week, ect... only to see them not follow through.

I am also finding it increasingly difficult to reach the casino manager, who is the only employee with any information. While our conversations have remained friendly (for the most part), there has been little accomplished on their end. Cirrus not only reneged on an unofficial agreement (made prior to my win) for personal higher withdrawl limits, but has thus far failed to even abide with their written terms (2k per week, or 8k per month).

CirrusCasino - if you are reading this, please get your payment act together.

One. About a week ago.

So far it's been about once-a-month, as opposed to once-a-week as advertised in their T&C's. However, the Cirrus accounting did contact me to appologize for the delayed payments, and that there should not be any more delays.

If they keep their word, and bring things up to speed, I'll happily let you know.

I would actually be surprised if they paid on installments more than once per month! They create their own problems by slow payouts, which in turn creates skepticism among possible depositors and resulting cash flow issues. There are a few RTGs that pay pronto without drama -- just look at the accredited casinos list (at the top of the page) and look for RTGs. BTW, you won't find Cirrus on that list.:D

Wish you much luck and happy gaming!

I hate that it has come to this, but I would strongly urge everyone to stay away from Cirrus at all costs these days. It's been almost 4 months now, and they've only paid me an amount equal to just over half my deposit. Again, 4 months following my win and I haven't even started recieving any winnings yet. So not only are they still withholding winnings, but a portion of my original deposit as well.

I had not intended on posting anything negative about Cirrus so long as they stuck with their prevoius promise for 1k-per-week EVERY WEEK, but 1 payment in and they've already failed to keep their end. They are now restricting my payments to $500 a week, along with the fact that they still fail to comprehend that the definition of a week is 7 days. By their posted T&C's I am supposed to be guarenteed 8k per month (or 2k per week) in payments.

Also, for those of you who knew the former casino manager, Christine, she is no longer at Cirrus (so they claim). She has been replaced with a new manager, "Allison Porter." Unfortunately, Allison is just as bad, if not worse at keeping her word. No matter what previous agreement you make with these guys, they have no problem breaking their agreements again and again.

Be very wary of Cirrus....

I spoke with the operators in person last week, and this is a high priority to have resolved.

I haven't checked my account lately, but my friend who I referred to Cirrus (surprised he still talks to me after that) had his account deactivated because he was a 'bonus beater' and they claimed he had a $0 account balance...

he filed montana, should he PAB as well?

stayaway from online

High priority to have resolved? After 2 years?.
With all my respects meister, this sounds a joke.
Tell us clearly who is the guilty of slow payments in cirrus once Christine was fired and nothing has changed.

pd: Don't be wrong!!, it's not a cash flow problem. Never was.

As an update, I'm here to report that Cirrus made a payment of $1000 today. According to management, they will be making $1000 payments a week consistently from now on.

I will be back within a month to give a further update.

Dont Cirrus and BetRoyal have something else in common along with the slow pay outs. Maybe their owner or part owners? I could be wrong but I thought I read this somewhere. It sounds like they do. $2000 per month if you are lucky and very very very slowpays.

In the trip report from a former worker from the United States, he said that cirrus shared a building with the prism group including betroyal and coolcat. I hope these details are right. But they both practiced shady dealings and tactics. Maybe someone can link the story?
